“The RevolutiDaddy” Wesley, Sierra Silver, and 4 more like this

No camera crew this time. Something about fearing for their safety or whatever. Instead, they sent out a drone. It coasts through the skies on the way to CJ Phoenix's home. It hovers in front of an open window. The bedroom window. CJ hears the flying device and retrieves a briefcase. He sets it on the bed and opens it up. The drone attempts to enter the room, but CJ holds his arm out, signaling it to stay back. He starts assembling something while talking to the drone.
Phoenix: I anticipated your arrival. I was watching. Waiting. Are you enjoying this lovely Saturday morning? Hmhmhm. I have a story to tell about Saturdays and my adversaries for the upcoming CruiserClash.
He raises his head and looks at the drone.
Phoenix: You ever get up on a Saturday morning and watch a few cartoons? I have. I remember grabbing a snack and sitting in front of the TV. I'd watch shows like Yu-Gi-Oh, Xiaolin Showdown, and Sonic X. However, when I think of Sierra Silver, NOT a hedgehog by the way, and little Richard McCoy, I think of Kim Possible. You remember that show, right? Kim was the main character while Ron was the lovable idiot sidekick. Sierra's the bold one that's far more talented than Richard is. She's brave to the point of stupidity by doing things like challenging whatever WALTER is. Her bark will always be worse than her bite, and I'll be sure to put a muzzle on her before we send her and Richard home whimpering with their tails between their legs. Maybe that'll teach her to think things through before making another foolish decision.
He continues putting together whatever's inside the briefcase without looking at it.
Phoenix: And speaking of foolish, that's where Richard comes in. Like Ron, he's the underdog of the story. You want to root for him because his heart's always in the right place, even though his head's in the clouds most of the time. He's the one that sometimes accidentally comes through when all else has failed. He faces danger with an overwhelming disadvantage and consistently loses like he's gonna lose again in our upcoming match. Yet, despite his constant failures, he still wakes up the next morning with a smile on his face.
He tilts his head to the side and raises his eyebrows slightly.
Phoenix: By the way, does it bother you when I call you Richard instead of some witty nickname? Do you get nervous when I treat you as an equal even though you're not? Or do you not realize that by uprooting you from the dirt beneath me and raising you up to eye level, you lose your greatest weapon? Underestimation. Since our partners both took part in XIII the previous day, they're obviously at less than 100%, which puts the focus on us. You don't get to hide behind your mid-tier girlfriend this time. They'll be leaning on us to shoulder a bit more of the load. I can handle that pressure. Can you? The answer is 'no' because you're still the weakest link in this bout and even Sierra knows it. You'll both put up a good fight, but you'll come up short because your chemistry outside of the ring won't save you from the fact that Reo and I are the better wrestlers inside of it.
A sadistic grin grows on his face as he finishes what he's building. It's a crossbow that he aims at the drone.
Phoenix: As a showing of good sport, we're going to play a game....a decision game. The rule is simple. Decide which of you will take the HECK'N fall. Will Sierra sacrifice her beloved boyfriend to preserve her pride and reputation, or will she count the stars to protect him and blame the loss on fatigue from her XIII match? Will Richard sacrifice his lady to escape, or will he be a gentleman and sacrifice himself to protect her? I look forward to seeing what decision is made once you enter....the Apex Asylum.
CJ fires an arrow into the drone's camera, destroying it.
