Gotta give credit to Dandy for the idea of having a character working through memory loss and concussion symptoms! Now I just need to know how to expand on it.
The biggest hurdle I'm looking at is how I can depict these memory flashes. Images are nice, but any recommendations?

I'd think I'd use the quote box and provide entirely decontextualized snippets of memory flashbacks that will build upon each other if you're trying to present him as recovering pieces over time. Something like:
It's choppy but communicates a bit of a clear story (I think anyway), but it's still jarring in the way it's presented. They can be dropped in literally out of nowhere, seemingly random but somehow they would work to advance recovering memories.

Oooooh. Even better, imo, is the code function.
It puts everything in Courier, a font I love for that kind of thing, and it’ll probably be smaller than the normal text you’re using.
With it being in a box, gives the feeling of being closed in as well.

Memory loss is a great concept to write. I wrote a character who's entire story was that he'd been missing for 2 years and couldn't remember anything that happened during that time. I had him slowly start remembering things and played them out through flashbacks. It eventually got to the point where I didn't tell the reader what was a flashback and what was real time they had to figure it out. Turns out none of the memories were real anyway, he was part of a secret government project and the memories had been implanted in his brain. It was some real "LOST" shit.

I don't want to cause anyone eyestrain just by figuring out what I'm writing (he said putting the shattered memories in yellow).

You could try using 1x1 tables perhaps? That would give you a lot more editing freedom.

I really wanna play around with the new tables. Was gonna format the choose your own adventure stories into a 3x1 table so it looked like book pages but didn’t have enough time to format the way I wanted to.

Any thoughts on using Tarot to signify chapters? Seems like old hat, but I wanted to convey the meaning of the card in each of my RPs moving forward, with a unique twist should I decide the opposite is better to write on.

I'd have to see it to know what you're thinking, but if you think it works, go for it.
