Biography: The Lockhart Family are split between America and England, with Ryan being born into the less wealthy half. The family has been renowned among peers for their spirit and fervor, but were of common origin who throughout the generations struggled as members of the working class. Along with that, history was never kind to the men of the Lockhart family. From homelessness and exile to chronic illness and death, the Lockhart's seemed plagued and even until this day struggle - although a lot of these troubles have been alleviated due to Ryan's overwhelming success as a wrestler.
Ryan had been no exception when it came to suffering from poor luck. At the age of 18, he watched his grandfather get shot before his eyes during a home invasion. During these times he had also been involved in his fair share of street fights and often found himself homeless, going from place to place and brawling in underground fight clubs to make a small living. To add to these issues, he had a recurring cocaine addiction that plagued him until he was 21, where he managed to cut it out for a few years until it returned a few months prior to turning 24.
Nowadays, Ryan is a wildly successful athlete who has earned himself plenty of financial security and fame. However, he is still a divisive figure, not only in the wrestling world but in his personal one. Some refer to him as a bad omen and prefer to keep him at a distance, while others still welcome him with open arms and are proud of the things he has accomplished.
In November 2018, Ryan returned from suspension alongside Wade Moor, Alexander Pasternak and Jared Holmes to form the latest iteration of the #BeachKrew. Since then, they have dominated the federation, winning Wrestler of the Year, the World Title, the Tag Titles and War Games, which gave them their very own Action Wrestling Pay-Per-View which they dubbed #EFFINRAGER. Although their have been some minor tensions between the group at times due to boredom from their overwhelming talent and success, they are appearing strong heading into Havoc Rumble, where the winner will face Ryan for the World Title at Evolution II.
Through a mysterious substance (Blue Velvet) given to him by Jared Holmes, Ryan has ascended to a level slightly above peak human levels, granting him a lower-level of "power" exhibited by The 6ix God and The Destroyer. However, unlike the two of them, Ryan's physical abilities have also been increased through this due to the presence of The Curse, allowing him to amplify the strength of his body for a few seconds at a time before requiring an extensive break.
With the #BeachKrew disbanded, Ryan finds himself alone, and now seemingly able to control The Curse to a great extent. He stands as not only the longest reigning World Champion, but arguably the Greatest Action Wrestler ever.
In November 2019, Ryan disappeared after being taken in by a mysterious group from "another reality" who utilized the DNA of other prolific wrestlers to enhance his abilities even further. The experiment was conducted for the improvement of society, but Ryan's mind is only on one thing: Getting back what's his. At Havoc 2020, he returned to do just that... and failed.
There are no more shortcuts for The One. What's next for him?

Personality: Ryan's personality is a controversial one. He is romantic, but struggles to commit to others. He is confident and uplifting, but can border on arrogant and obnoxious. He will take on any challenge and do so honorably, but in doing so will forego his responsibilities to his family and friends. For everything good about him, there is an undeniable feeling of something lurking beneath... perhaps something that even he isn't willing to acknowledge just yet. After all, The Curse is a dangerous thing.
Ryan himself has experienced more than most his age. At twenty-five, his experiences have warped him into a cynical yet charming man, who takes the straightforward and rough nature of his family, coupled with a hint of underlying intelligence and an introspective nature, to all in all create a polarizing figure, one whose successes and failures have taught him the all-important lesson of remaining calm and having a cold heart. Persevering even through the darkest of times is nothing new to this troubled soul.

Attire: Taped Fists, Taped Feet, Unbuttoned Black Shirt, Dark Washed Denim Jeans, Black Elbow Pads, #BeachKrew Wristband.
Theme Song: "Saucy" by Polyphia.
Appearance: Matthew Healy + Madara Uchiha from Naruto because fuck it, that shit makes sense right?
Entrance: The groovy intro to "Saucy" by Polyphia begins to play, enticing the crowd into an uproar of both cheers and boos for the upcoming superstar.
Ryan Lockhart enters from backstage swaying along to the punchy guitar riffs, taking in the crowd with a smile. He strides toward the ring and tags the hands of a few fans looking to get a touch of Action Wrestling's #1 Original, before running a hand through his iconic curly hair.
He takes the steel steps up to the apron and then climbs onto the top turnbuckle, remaining perched on it for a moment that is frozen in time, cameras from around the stadium taking shots of him. and lighting up the surrounding darkness. He smiles at Adilene Floyd in the center of the ring who says:
Adilene Floyd: Entering the ring now... from Boston, Massachusetts... weighing in at 185 pounds...
With a demonstration of showmanship, Ryan bounds off the turnbuckle, landing into a forward roll that positions him in the center of the ring, right by the announcer. A spotlight shines on the two of them, as the surrounding lights are dimmed.
Adilene Floyd: He is The Greatest Action Wrestler of All-Time... RYAN LOCKHART!
As she says this, Ryan spreads his arms wide, eyes aimed up toward the ceiling with his head pulled back. At the sight of this, the crowd breaks out into a mixed reaction for "The Curse". Once the sound begins to subside a little, the spotlight fades away and the lighting returns to normal. Once arriving at his respective turnbuckle corner, Ryan stretches his arms and legs, gazing straight ahead with a look of intensity.
In-Ring Strengths
-Extremely aggressive, well-versed brawler who uses his hands, feet, knees and elbows to deal out punishment.
-Extensive fighting experience has given him a knack for counters and timing the strikes/movements of his opponent.
-Highly instinctual, at his best when freely flowing and moving.
-Fast paced, unpredictable offense involving strikes coming in from multiple angles and at different speeds.
-Solid grappler. Although less effective than his brawling style, he can wear down an opponent with an assortment of slams and submissions.
-Resilient. Has a lot of heart, can take a lot of damage and keep going.
In-Ring Weaknesses
-Not overly powerful. His strikes are sharp and fast, and his slams are well-executed, but they don't deal a heap of damage (excluding Broseidon Punch and Boston Smash).
-Can't lift people over 240lbs.
-Plays to the crowd and draws out contests needlessly.
-Lacks ring awareness at times, can lose focus.
-Can be tempted into going blow-for-blow against bigger athletes, rather than using his speed and technical advantage.
-High-flying is still a work in progress.
-Although he has a decent variety of submissions, he isn't particularly great at them and can sometimes give his opponent an easy escape/reversal.
-Due to his unstable nature, Ryan can become "blood-lusted" and go on an all-out offensive, leaving himself vulnerable to counters or reversals. This is a double-edged sword, as he can deal out devastating damage, but also walk right into danger without hesitation.
P.S: Whether he's face or heel, Ryan will use little tricks to his advantage (feet on the ropes, moving behind a referee, other "smart" things) but as either alignment, he won't go out of his way to say, nutshot, eyerake or use illegal weapons.
