My current gimmick draws quite a bit of inspiration from the Hiriam Lodge character on Riverdale. Not sure if anyone here watches it but Hiriam is basically an evil motherfucker who puts everyone else in danger rather than himself.
What about you?

Mine is really just a version of the dude I use as a pic base (Ninja from South African rap group Die Antwoord). I hear his voice saying everything I write for DD. It's a ton of fun.

A knitting infomercial on QVC. Joking, probably unconsciously yes but I can’t pinpoint which ones. Gentleman QDT is based a bit on self help videos I’ve seen over the years. Current parent beating nihilist QDT is pretty much the antithesis of what I feel and think, though I can’t pretend some of his character isn’t in me, even if I don’t share his philosophies.

Mine started when I got pissed off at Kona Reeves. How does he get across the fact that he’s “The Finest”? He literally just says he’s the finest. Aside from the flashy clothes, he really doesn’t do anything to get his point across. So Derrick Vayden was born out of pettiness, more or less.

I have to credit the resurgence of the second half of Gravedigger's career (2009-present) to The Shield. So many parts of what makes Gravedigger who he is today came from watching that show.

Perhaps my favorite TV show of all time... One of my top favorites as well! I've binge watched the entire series several times. Those last 20 minutes were brutal for a certain character. He certainly deserved it but it's still so hard to watch!

It’s perhaps my favorite show conclusion of all time. Everything from the start pays off in the finish. Just incredible execution!
