It’s been hard but this is my opportunity. This match is my big chance to get back to the top. This is the greatest opportunity that I have had in my year and a half in this company, I must take it. It’s time that Lincoln Kuechly reaches the top. It’s time that Lincoln Kuechly breaks through that glass ceiling. It’s my moment.
We hear the ramblings of a struggling man, that man is quite clearly Lincoln Kuechly. The camera is currently all blacked out, we can just hear Lincoln’s voice. His voice is echoing around, we can almost hear everything he says twice. The camera then opens up, the shot is a little bit blurry at first before becoming clear. We see an overhead shot of a wrestling ring. The wrestling ring has the Action Wrestling logo slap bang in the middle of it. Sat on top of that logo is Lincoln Kuechly. He isn’t dressed in the normal designer suits we see him in. He is just wearing a pair of blue jeans and a black t-shirt with some writing on it. We can see that this shirt reads “Opportunities” on it. The camera then pans down giving a more standard camera angle. Lincoln is sat on the canvas just staring into the camera.
Why do I do this? Why do I wake up every morning and wrestle? I have enough money. I am set for life. I can live pretty comfortably without working another day in my life. If that is the case, why do I still turn up for work every single day? Why do I travel the country week after week to perform in front of all of these fans? The same fans that I have constantly berated and told how much I despise them. Why am I still signed to Action Wrestling? I spend a lot of my days criticising the management here and complaining about how much they suck. If that is the case, why haven’t I left? If I hate this place so much, why am I sat in the middle of an Action Wrestling ring right now? There are so many questions that could be answered. There are so many questions that I simply do not know the answers too.
Lincoln takes a large sigh out which echoes around the empty arena. It is clear that he is stuck in his own thoughts here and he is really struggling with what is going on his career.
I want success. I dream of being a successful wrestler, especially here in Action Wrestling. I’ve only ever wrestled at a top level for Action Wrestling, this is my home. That is just one reason in which I want to be successful here. I’ve been here since just after the inception of the company. I debuted at the company’s first ever Pay Per View and I have appeared at every single one since. I am one of the staples of this company and probably the least successful of them. Let’s take a look at some of the other staples of Action Wrestling. Spencer Adams, Ryan Lockhart, Roy Speede. They have also been here just as long as I have. However, they have all achieved something that I have yet to do. They have won the World Championship. It kills me that they have managed to achieve that and that I haven’t. It cuts me like a knife knowing that. I am absolutely desperate to get my hands on that championship. I will do anything it takes to get an opportunity to compete for that championship. Sadly, I haven’t had that chance yet. I haven’t had a single match for the World Championship, it’s been incredibly difficult to deal with. It’s been painful to see all of these other men gain success while I struggle. I believe that I am a far more talented wrestler than most of my collegues who have achieved success here. That is why it pains me so badly that I haven’t been as successful as I would have liked. One TV Championship reign isn’t enough.
Lincoln then steps up from his seated position on the canvas. He stands up and walks over to the turnbuckles, leaning on them. He is clearly showing some frustration in regards to what he is speaking about.
Missed opportunities. I have let them define my career so far. Every single bit chance I have had, I have failed to capitalise. I have consistently failed to break through that glass ceiling and reach the top. I have never been able to grab that brass ring and elevate myself to the level I believe I should be at. I can attribute that to many different reasons but there is one common denominator, Lincoln Kuechly. There is something that must run through my identity that simply doesn’t allow me to take it to the next level. Nobody the opponent, the situation, the opportunity, I haven’t been able to get it done. Just take my match at Clash of Champions against Spencer Adams. It was a monumental opportunity to show the world what I am made of. I could have proved to everyone that I am capable of competing with the best and I would have shown the management here that I deserve to be at the top. I could have justified my reasoning for stepping away from FightSmart. Alas, we all knew how that ended. I lost the match in unfortunate circumstances which pretty much summed up my big match experience. No matter how hard I try, I cannot do it.
I will not allow myself to be defined by these missed opportunities. This is time for a change. This Havoc Rumble match is an opportunity that I cannot slip through my fingers and I will not do that. I have already been put in a favourable position, being the final entrant. The fact that I will be entering last guarantees that I will be in contention to win the whole thing. I simply cannot allow myself to throw away this opportunity. I will not allow it. I am winning this match, I will do whatever it takes. I don’t care who I have to go through to achieve it, I will do it. This is going to be a different side of Lincoln Kuechly. This is going to be a desperate man that will do anything to win. I won’t allow anyone to get in my way, this is my moment. All of the other favourites for this match have had their moments, this is Lincoln Kuechly’s time. This is my opportunity to reach the top, I will not blow it. I will not throw away this glorious chance that I have. This is Lincoln Kuechly’s moment.
Lincoln Kuechly then turns around as the camera follows him. He then begins to climb the opposite turnbuckle to the one he was leaning on. Once he reaches the top of the turnbuckle, he begins to point. The camera then pans around to see that he is pointing at an “Evolution 2” sign that is hanging to the left of the ring.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
The scene opens up with a shot of a completely empty arena. The arena does have a basketball court in the centre but there doesn’t seem to be a soul in sight. The camera then zooms in closer on the basketball court and we can see the Oklahoma City Thunder logo etched into the court. This means that the arena must be the Chesapeake Energy Arena. The camera then changes shot again, showing Lincoln Kuechly sat in one of the executive suites. He is sat staring at the empty arena. He then turns around as he notices the camera.
What am I doing here? I know you are all asking the same question. I am basking in a Spencer Adams failure, that is what I am doing. A year and a half ago, give or take, this arena played host to Civil War. Civil War was the last ever show that United Championship Infinite hosted before it closed it’s doors. For those unaware, UCI was the baby of current Action Wrestling star Spencer Adams. He ran that company into the ground and then went running off to this company. This arena means a lot to me due to it displaying one of Spencer Adams’ biggest failures. He has a hell of a lot but his lack of success with UCI tops the lot. The amount of investor money and time that went down the drain with UCI is just beautiful. The number of careers that he fucked up due to his mismanagement is incredibly impressive. This arena is a living display of a Spencer Adams failure, I love this place. UCI had so much potential, it was thrown away due to the incompetence and the arrogance of Spencer Adams.
Lincoln Kuechly then steps up out of his chair and walks towards the other side of the executive suite. He ushers the camera to follow him and points towards a notice board on the wall. On the wall we see a poster which reads “UCI Presents: Civil War” that has clearly been left over since the UCI show that was held here. The poster has a list of all the matches on it which Lincoln takes a few seconds to peruse through.
Interesting. Perhaps if Spencer Adams hadn’t been such a fucking failure, we would never have had Action Wrestling. There are so many wrestlers on this card that currently are contracted to Action Wrestling. Shadowlove, Zombie McMorris, Kidsgrove, just to name a few. There are so many. If UCI hadn’t been led to it’s own demise, I might not be here. For that, I thank you Spencer. Perhaps you created your worst nightmare, Lincoln Kuechly. Any time you are frustrated and want to kill me, blame yourself. If you had managed your company a little bit better, we would never have came across each other. Remember that, you are responsible for this. You are responsible for all of the pain that has came your way and will continue to come your way. When I eliminate you in the Havoc Rumble match, I hope you remember that. I hope your own failures are running through your mind throughout the match. I hope that when you see my face it reminds you of every single one of your failures. You’re the physical embodiment of failure, Spencer.
Lincoln Kuechly then rips down the poster and begins to tear it up. We then see him mouth “UCI is dead” at the camera before he goes and sits back down. He then reaches into a draw at the side of where he is sat and pulls something out. This appears to be a paper version of the Action Wrestling World Championship. He puts it over his shoulder as if it is the real thing.
Speaking of your failures, let’s discuss your World Championship run in this company. You were a paper champion. Constantly relying on the help of others to protect your reign. You hired goons like myself and Kyle Kemp to help you because you couldn’t defend it yourself. You won the championship solely due to interference from Kyle Kemp. You protected it due to the constant help of men like myself. You didn’t deserve to hold the Championship at all, nevermind for the amount of days you did. Without any help, you would have lost that championship immediately. You knew that you were not strong enough to hold onto the title without any help. Hence why you will not be capable enough to win the Havoc Rumble. Your reign was a failure, like everything else you do. You’ve got the opposite of the midas touch, everything you do falls apart. There is not a fucking chance that you will win this match, it is my moment.
Lincoln Kuechly then smiles at the camera as he finishes speaking about Spencer Adams. He is clearly very confident of beating Spencer Adams in the Havoc Rumble match. The camera then fades to black.
17/04/19 – 09:00
The Everglades, Florida
The camera opens up with a shot of Lincoln Kuechly in a different kind of outfit to normal. He is wearing all camouflage with a jungle style hunter hat. He is stood on a wooden platform which is next to some water. The camera then pans around and shows a swamp surrounding where Lincoln is stood. It becomes evidently clear that he is currently in the Everglades, in Florida. We can see a few alligators slowly wading through the water. Lincoln is signalling to them and taking their presence in.
These alligators are predators, just like Lincoln Kuechly. These alligators love their prey to be meaty, just like I do. Wade Moor, you are the perfect prey for me. You are the exact kind of man that I want to eliminate as a statement. Tossing your 350 pound frame over the top rope will send a shockwave through the arena. It will show everyone that I am a force to be reckoned with in this match. I am after you, Wade. Just wait until I sink my teeth into you. I want to get to you, Wade. We’ve had our issues in the past and they will continue during this match. That is if you are still in the match by the time I enter. You may have already been eliminated by then.
Lincoln then pauses speaking to look at one of the alligators that is swimming close to where he is stood. Lincoln leans over into a bucket that is close by, reaches in and pulls out a fish. He tosses the fish towards the alligator which catches it in it’s mouth. The alligator then swims off.
You see that? The Alligator could go for me but instead it simply accepts the little bit of fish. It could have eaten me alive and had the best meal of it’s life. Alas, it simply accepted the piss poor fish despite the opportunity to have better. That is the perfect metaphor for the current state of Wade Moor’s career. Wade Moor could be World Champion, he could be the guy. Instead, he’s stuck holding Ryan Lockharts jockstrap while he holds the world championship. Due to their little team, Wade has simply accepted his position. He has the talent and the chances to reach the top once again but he hasn’t returned there. He’s simply happy to accept his current position due to not wanting to upset Ryan Lockhart. It is pathetic. I thought Wade Moor was a winner, I didn’t expect this from him.
Lincoln then takes another pause from speaking about Wade with disdain. He throws another bit of fish into the swamp which causes a few alligators to swim towards the fish and fight over it. He laughs to himself.
There is something I am interested to know though, Wade. If you somehow manage to emerge from this man with a victory, what the hell are you going to do? It’s quite likely that Ryan Lockhart will be the World Champion come Evolution 2, are you really going to fight your own brother? That surely won’t be good for the cohesion of the BeachKrew. Are you really going to risk embarrassing one of you on the grandest stage of them all? It’s a big risk to take, Wade. Knowing your current position, Ryan won’t let you win this match. He is quite evidently the shot caller in BeachKrew, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him order you to not win this match. You’re his little bitch and he’s your master. Make sure you follow his orders, Wade. Be a good little bitch.
Lincoln then tosses the entire bucket into the swamp which causes a massive bang. The alligators seem a little startled by this and start swimming further away. Lincoln laughs to himself as the camera fades to black.

Freddy Whoa: Back to the minors! Kemp hits it and that may be all she wrote!
1…

3!!!
Gravedigger: Kemp did it! Kyle Kemp is the new people’s champion and a damn good one at that!
The bell sounds as better than you by Sam Adams hits the PA again. Spencer slowly rolls away, falling to the outside. The ref goes to hand Kemp the title, but he quickly snatches it away from him. He motions for a mic and raises it to his mouth.
Kyle Kemp: I’m so much better! Look at this belt! All of you look at it! I am better than Spencer Adams!
We can hear this commentary playing in the background as the camera is completely blacked out. The camera then fades in to show Lincoln Kuechly sat on a large wooden rocking chair, looking at a television. On the television, we can see exactly where that commentary is coming from. Lincoln is watching the tv very intently and then chuckles to himself.
It’s lovely to reminisce on the one time that Kyle Kemp was actually successful. For those unaware, this clip is taking from WCF Revenge 2015. This is the show in which Kyle Kemp defeated no other than Spencer Adams to win the WCF People’s Championship, one of his only two singles championships. Yes, you heard that right. Kyle Kemp has been wrestling for almost 5 years and he has only won two singles titles, how embarrassing. I hope WCF don’t sue us for using their copyrighted material on our show. The money we pay them might actually keep them open for another week. Ah well, I’ll foot the bill. It was worth it to witness this magical moment in which Kyle Kemp experienced some success.
The TV carries on playing this same clip and we can hear the commentary slightly in the background as Lincoln speaks over it. He is clearly enjoying watching this clip.
It’s so strange that you went from beating Spencer Adams to being his lackey. How the hell did you fall that far, Kyle? I think my position of working for Spencer Adams was a lot more understandable. I was a naïve, young up and coming wrestler who didn’t know any better. I saw an opportunity to work alongside a wrestling great and I took it. I thought it would better my career. You, on the other hand, should’ve known better. You already knew exactly what kind of man Spencer Adams is, yet you still wanted to team with him? It’s mind-blowing that you’re that desperate for success. You’d really sacrifice all your morals just to get your grubby hands on another title. You’d sell your soul to the devil if it meant a singles titles run. You’re pathetic, Kemp. I can’t wait to eliminate your daddy Spencer and then eliminate you next.
Lincoln then steps up from his wooden chair and walks towards the tv. We see him mouth “Bye Bye Kemp” as he switches the tv off. The camera then fades to black.
18/04/2019 – 12:00
Los Angeles, California
The camera opens up with a shot of a swimming pool looking over the Hollywood hills. We then see Lincoln Kuechly walk over and sit on a deck chair that is located just outside the pool. He is wearing bright pink swimming shorts and some flip flops. He sits on the chair and then begins to speak towards the camera.
I’ve done a hell of a lot of travelling in these last few days. I’ve travelled all over the country to important places for different superstars. I’ve used it to get into the mind state of some of my more important opponents. I cannot do that for everyone in this match though. I am back home and I am about to verbally assassinate all of the cannon fodder in this match. I am not going to mess about here, I am going to verbally dissect though I feel are worthy of it. Shadowlove, I will start with you. There is potential that you could be a threat in this match but I don’t really feel it. There’s a lot of people tipping you to be successful in this match, perhaps win the whole damn thing. I can’t see it at all. Ever since you’ve stepped into this company, you’ve constantly talked a bigger game that you’ve managed to put together. You’ve spoke better than you’ve wrestled. You talk a massive game for so one who has achieved nothing. Correct me if I am wrong but I believe you haven’t even won a championship in this company. That’s embarrassing for a man that has had so many god damn opportunities to be successful. You must be even worse at taking them than me. I don’t think you’ll be a threat whatsoever in this match. Moving on, Dandy Divito. You’re absolutely fucked in this match, not a threat whatsoever. You’re entering first, you won’t even be in the match by the time I enter it. If you happen to somehow still be in it, you will be running on an empty tank and you will be an easy elimination. You are a non-entity in this match and I do not consider you a threat.
Lincoln then takes a second out of speaking to take a sip of his drink that is next to him. It appears to be a mojito as he is enjoying a bit of a rest before the big show.
Let’s move onto a couple more. I am going to group you two together as you’re both bitches who don’t deserve the distinction of being separated. Casey Holliday and Lissie Hope. Simply put, I am not losing to any women. That just isn’t happening, simple as that. I will do whatever it fucking takes to throw these two over the top rope and get them out of my match. Can’t we have a women’s Havoc Rumble so these two don’t have to waste up precious spots in the match? It’s piss poor that two talented male members of the roster have to miss out due to these two. I don’t like it and it shouldn’t just be accepted. These two are not threats at all in this match and I will beat them with ease.
Lincoln then takes some more sips of his drink before finishing it off. He then calls Charles across to get him another.
That’s it. I refuse to speak about anyone else in this match, they are simply not threats towards me. If we are being real, the majority of participants will already be eliminated by the time I actually enter the match. Therefore, I don’t have to prepare for as many opponents. They are not relevant to me, I simply have to focus on those I think will be in the match by the time I enter. If I haven’t even bothered to mention you, I don’t think that you are enough of a threat to even speak about. You are beneath me and I am not even going to waste my breathe on those people. I am too focused on my destiny. This is my moment. This Lincoln Kuechly’s moment. Whatever it takes, I will win the Havoc Rumble.
Lincoln then steps up out of his chair and looks directly into the camera. He mouths “This is my opportunity” to the camera as it then fades to black.
