As soon as my interview with Dani ends, I go out to the waiting room where Damian and Zima are conversing. She notices my presence, and turns her attention towards me.
L Verez: Thank you, love. I wish you good luck on your career as well. I apologize for my over protectiveness. I suppose I’ve let past experiences get the better of me.
Zima’Ion: Your words are kind, but they won’t mean much until you allow me to act without your guidance.
?: Oh my gosh, it’s Zima’Ion!
The three of us turn to notice the same fan as before.
Dani enters the room with a concerned look on her face.
Fan: Oh.. I’m sorry. I’ll get out of your way. Good luck, you two! It was wonderful to meet you!
She scurries off nervously, leaving all of us confused.
Damian: I don’t know, but that girl’s giving me the creeps. L and I met with her earlier today. We didn’t expect to see her again, especially not in here.
Dani: Well, if she comes in again, I’ll have to get security to escort her out. She shouldn’t have been able to be in here, so I’m a bit worried myself.
L Verez: We will have to figure out more about this person. Hopefully, she’s just an adoring fan, and not any sort of threat. If this is any indication of what Earth is going to be like for me, then I better hurry on fixing the ship.
Dani: Well, Zima, if you’re ready, we should get this interview started.
L Verez: Yes, you two. Go on ahead. Damian and I will be at the base.
Damian: We will?
L Verez: Yes, Damian. Come on.
I pull Damian’s arm without much of a goodbye to Zima or Dani. I didn’t want us to overstay our welcome, and this person had me concerned. I want to be as far away from public as I can.

As I anticipate my next title defense, I return to the Boulder City base and prepare the Holo Sphere to send a thorough message to the Action Wrestling Universe.
L Verez: The time is nearing for my third title defense. This time, I face Lisa Foster. Admittedly, this has me unexcited. Lisa Foster failed against Bishop during the Television Championship tournament. This means that I’m facing someone that failed to defeat someone that I’ve already bested on multiple occasions. How is this supposed to be a challenge for me? Lisa Foster has potential, but at this point, she simply is not on my league. Nowhere near it.
I’ve noticed something about Lisa as of late that has bothered me. She arrives and she competes, but it’s almost as if she isn’t actually there. She’s an empty vessel going through the motions every match. She’s lost her soul. Lost her spirit. That isn’t someone I want to waste my time defending my title against. If she isn’t going to be a challenge to me, then she shouldn’t have a title opportunity.
I want to bring prestige to this championship. I can’t do that if my challengers aren’t capable of competing at my level. Apparently, I have a surprise opponent next week for #beachkrew’s special PPV. I don’t trust them a bit, but at least there’s a chance I’ll face someone worth competing against. Maybe I’ll face one of them. I wouldn’t mind facing Alexander Pasternak. He’s been on a role as of late, and I’d like to cut that down. I’ve also still never faced Zombie McMorris, the longest reigning Television Champion. There are so many people that are more worth my time than people like Bishop, Lisa, and Destroyer. People that will make me want to clench to my title. People that will give me reason to scratch and claw my way to a victory. I want a fight. A real fight. I feel that’s what I deserve.
Until then, I’ll sit comfortably with my championship. I have no reason to fear. I’m facing a ghost, anyway. I can toy with her the entire time and still win the match. It’s a shame, really. I hoped she would amount to much more. I’m just disappointed in what’s been put in front of me. I expect more, as I always should. Challenge is a good thing, so it upsets me when there isn’t enough of it. Nevertheless, I will continue to fight and defend this championship until someone comes by that will possibly best me… if that person exists. We will see. Hopefully that person arrives next week, because Lisa Foster definitely isn’t the one.

Jaice and I are in the locker room, preparing for our respective matches. As I retrieve my championship and we walk out, we notice someone just outside of the room.
L Verez: By the quasars…
How did she get backstage? This is some awful security.
Gravedigger: Hey, you! You’re not supposed to back here!
Fan: Sorry! I’ll get going!
That’s the first time I’ve ever been glad to see Gravedigger. This person is becoming more and more worrisome every time she appears.
Jaice: Yeah, we’re good. Just a bit weirded out.
L Verez: This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered her. I’m going to have to get to the bottom of this situation.
Gravedigger: As long as she isn’t back here again. I need to hire better security, dammit.
Gravedigger grumbles off as Jaice and I finish readying. This is becoming too strange...
