Now that I’ve been injected into the TV tournament, I figure now is a good time to go to the base, set up up the Holo, and give my thoughts on everything.
L Verez: My loss last week was a bit controversial. I made sure to grab the rope to break the pinfall, but Casey somehow came out the victor anyway. Maybe the ref was dealing with tunnel vision. Instead of getting any sort of rematch, I’ve instead tumbled my way down into the vacated TV slot. The UCI Championship was what I sought after, but I will take this detour with valor. My first opponent in this tournament is Dark Tiger. A newer competitor that has brought himself into the fold sometime after Carnage. To be honest, I almost forgot of his existence. He hasn’t amounted to much since he entered the fray. This tournament is his first real test. All of his matches thus far have been scoff worthy.
I’m unsure if Dark Tiger knows what he’s getting himself into. I have no qualms with him, but after all of my set backs, there’s nothing that’s going to stop me from winning this tournament. I’ve yet to win a championship in Action Wrestling, and this is exactly what I needed to motivate me. I usually don’t want to be overly prideful, but let’s be honest… I’m going to storm through each and every one of my opponents in this tournament. Let’s look at everyone in my path and see why this is. Karlie Nash? Defeated her multiple times. Bishop? Defeated him as well. Ultimate Destroyer? Rose? Both of them, I have conquered. There’s no one that I view as an honest threat.
Tigers are powerful creatures. The largest felines in Earth’s animal kingdom. However, I wouldn’t call my opponent much of a tiger. Not yet, at least. He’s still a cub. Learning the ways of the hunt, and how to survive. He isn’t ready to be the predator. Definitely not against me. He’s the prey, and I will be going for the kill. We’ll see if the cub has what it takes to survive a hunter he’s never encountered before, because I sure you, the poor infant is in way over his head. It’s too bad, because I don’t plan on toying with him. This is serious business, and I refuse to let another opportunity slip past me. Dark Tiger entered the wrong fray. It’s only a matter of time before I climb to the top of the food chain.

In my quest to make our new base as well equipped as possible, Jaice, Claire, and I have ventured to a shop known as “Home Depot.” I tried to dress as humanly as possible, as to not have a bunch of odd looks from people, but that didn’t work too well. It’s pretty obvious that we’re the Guardians, so steering clear from attention hasn’t gone very well. Not many people in this store seem to care as much, luckily.
L Verez: I haven’t, which worries me. I hope she’s safe. As far as I know, she hasn’t signed into any wrestling promotions.
Claire: She probably will. She wants to prove something to you.
L Verez: She doesn’t need to prove anything to me.
Claire: Clearly, she does, considering you never let her do shit. Just let her do her thing. She’ll be back when she’s ready. She survived before being with you. Not like she can’t now, with her being healthier and all. You’re welcome for that, by the way.
L Verez: I doubt that was your intention.
Claire: That’s for me to know, and for you to never find out.
I roll my eyes, and let a minor sigh out. I hope to change the subject as I grab a few fluorescent light tubes, which is sadly the best thing I can find for lighting purposes.
Jaice: I don’t entirely know. I’m just dating the chick. She’s probably just looking for greener pastures.
L Verez: Well, I suppose I can’t blame her too much. Before she won the belt, it looked pretty pathetic, honestly. The fact that Bishop held the title three times is a bit of an embarrassment.
Claire: Seriously, how did that happen?
L Verez: I’m unsure, but winning the Television Tournament isn’t just a goal for me. It’s an inevitable outcome.
Jaice: I like the sound of that.
Claire: At least you don’t have to face another Guardian member.
L Verez: Yes, that is quite a predicament… Where is Samuel?
Claire: I don’t know, and I don’t care. I don’t wanna be anywhere near him while we have that match this week.
She grabs various batteries and carelessly throws them in the cart. Luckily, she didn’t damage the light tubes. Suddenly, my Holo lights up. This isn’t exactly the best time to answer it, but it’s Damian. This must be important.
