It's about time. No offense to Claire Hawkins; but going round after round like that gets exhausting. About time I manage to face some new blood. And with a title on the line?? Now that is what I'm talking about.
To be honest, I didn't sign on the 201 roster because I didn't want to be held down. I'm far more than my meager frame, and I wasn't going to let menial numbers define me. But I've grown complacent as of late, and I realize that I need to make a change.
So when I noticed a Twitter post from a certain 201 and Fun Champion about wanting competition, well… I had to answer the call. After all, who better to test your mettle than an established champion? I mean, we're talking about the guy who bested Auron fucking Vega in a beat-em-up, knock-em-out bloodbath for the… oh, wait. No; Auron laid down and gave you the title. Oops.
But, hey; you’re a legit badass, Vas! You cut off ZMac's hand! I mean, that has to count for something!
Well, okay. Auron cut his hand off. But hey, you held him down! So… okay, you were one of two people… but you were there, right?!
You see, Vas, that’s your problem. You seem to think that because you carry around the severed hand of an undead monster and hold high the 201 Championship, that somehow it legitimizes any claim you make. But there are so many asterisks around who you are and what you’ve done that it looks more like censored expletives than a list of accomplishments. I have a less than amicable record in AW, but at least I came by everything honestly. Defeating two of my now partners in the Guardians, going toe-to-toe with ZMac on multiple occasions and taking him to his limit, taking on Wade fucking Moor without fear. It is all a testament to my willingness to go the distance. Everything you've accomplished is a testament of how little work you are actually willing to put in.
Honestly, I'm more interested in what Koji Iwatani brings to the table. There's a guy who might be able to back himself up. Sure, he may be untested; but at least he hasn't had the best parts of his career handed to him on a silver platter. Shit.
In any case, I'll see you both at Carnage. Can't wait to usurp my first AW Championship…

Good morrow, sir. I would like to formally introduce myself. My name is Jaice Wilds, and I am from the forests of Puerto Vehlo, Brazil. I was abducted as a child, brought into the states, adopted by circus folk and eventually left to join the world of professional wrestling. In my decade of experience, I have amassed a handful of mid-tier championships and a tag title. I have faced the best of the best and the worst of the worst.
I know, you're wondering what all this has to do with you. It's simple, really.
You see, Koji, I have a history in this business. You appear to be less versed, so I have the veteran's advantage. That being said, I am one who appreciates up and coming talent. So I afford you the benefit of a doubt. I will offer you respect in our upcoming match; but I place it upon you to earn that respect throughout its duration.
There is much for you to learn about here in Action Wrestling. And I truly hope that you are up to the task placed before you. Only time will tell; but for now, good luck. There is no doubt in anyone's mind that the Xtreme Aerialist will use his knowledge and prowess to capture his first title at Carnage; only the fear that Vasillis has concerning how badly he will have his ass beaten. May you prove to be a far worthier adversary than that lackluster pretender.
Until Carnage, good sir.
