This division is solid and unique. It's comparable to bull riding. Three opponents, three thrashings, and hopefully three successful rides. The attributes I've gained from bull riding set me up to be a unique, one of a kind competitor in this ring. My era won't end so fast, if ever. The bright lights are mine, the hard earned fans are mine, and this title is definitely mine. You all need to get yourselves a notebook and some No. 2 pencils; take these notes down so y'all can get to your full potential.
Announcer: 93 point ride! He held on long enough to beat the buzzer, but wait!! No! No! Bullfrog is tangled up and the bullfighters are doin everything they can to get his hand undone.
Beau had gotten thrown out of the swell and thrown to the ground, his riggin hand stuck. He gritted his teeth as he tried to stay on his feet reaching for his tied up hand, coming up short on each try.
Suicide wraps gonna kill me. Crap, crap, just stay on your feet Beau.
The clowns continued this unsuccessful fight against the bull before finally getting Beau loose where he landed with a hard thud and a low explosion of air could be heard exiting Bullfrogs lungs along with a groan as he rolled to one side.
Yep there it went, outta socket again and I still gotta defend my championship. Good thing a cowboy can survive.
Beau stayed on his side slightly moving back and forth trying to ignore the surmounting pain. Dr. Tandy rushed out with his crew; Tandy taking a knee as he starts diagnosing Blaze. They zoom into the people around Beau and pull in the sound.
Announcer: Let's take a moment folks, it looks like Beaus isn't doing a lot of moving, we have word that he is conscious though.
Tandy: What hurts Bullfrog?
Bullfrog: Not a damn thing.
Tandy: Beau I know your tough but you've got to let me help.
Bullfrog: Get me up. Don't look at me like that get me up Doc.
Tandy and two of his assistants help get him to his feet. You can see Bullfrog talking to them as they start heading towards the fence.
Bullfrog: Thanks Doc, I've got a reputation to uphold, cowboys ain't no pussies. Testicular fortitude.
Beau took a couple of steps forward and slammed his shoulder into the metal fence.
BAM!
Bullfrog stood up taking a deep breath from the relief of pain and gingerly held his arm making his way to the back where he was gonna get some pain pills, further evaluation and to get ready for his upcoming CBS Sports Live! interview.
Saturday Night
10:00 P.M.
CBS Sports LIVE!
The legendary bull rider and host Tuff Hedeman sat in a cushioned chair across from Beau in his normal starched down country apparel. Bullfrog however sat slumped over slightly, no shirt, his ice wrapped arm showing. He scooted his dirty Wranglers forward some to adjust the Television Title towards the camera.
Tuff: Good evening welcome to CBS Sports LIVE! Are guest tonight is a two-time PBR World Champion, the youngest Action Wrestling Television Champion, basically folks, our guest Bullfrog has got it goin on. Bullfrog how are you doin?
Bullfrog: Weeeell, I've been better but I can't complain I'm sittin on too of the world right now Tuff, I'm in my element. The pain, the blood, the guts, and the glory just all fall hand in hand when you're at the top of your division defending your title every week, that's the simple part, but just like in bull riding you've got to take it from me.
Tuff: So you're saying getting to the title match is a lot easier than winning the title itself?
Bullfrog: Definitely Tuff! Just like in bull riding almost anyone can get on the beasts back but how many can actually nod their head and perform, much less win? Both wrestling and bull riding carry very similar characteristics and attributes which is why I have been this successful at such a young age and it's not stopping Mr. Hedeman, because I'm gonna be the next Mike Tyson, unbeatable, like a savage.
I think the pain pills are kicking in, come on Beau bring it back together!
Tuff: Well with that bum arm you'll have to be savage. I'm glad you brought up wrestling, we know your storied history in the PBR. So, Action Wrestling hits the next work and BOOM it's poster boy is in the sport and a champion at that drawing crowds from all over. How do you get their so fast?
Beau: A little grit, alotta good women, and a cigarette. Cigarettes to keep you calm, women to keep you encouraged, and grit to keep you tough and motivated. We, when I see we I mean defending champions, we all have to lay it on the line because obviously we've got what everybody wants. This match though...
Basically this is like all my other matches. I don't know anything about any of you. Well, I know Hannibal, but that's an 0-2 win/loss dance for him that doesn't need to be brought up. The rest of you are just getting in line because I took this strap off Zombie, who took it off Lincoln, who both laid men down at their feet week in and week out. It's no different in the Blaze Era.
When I win my match at Carnage, when we all turn primal, I'll be standing with my hand raised at the top of the hill and you'll look up with worried eyes as I will be cementing my legacy into this division. It can't be stopped, I have to attain greatness.
