As she walked the hallowed grounds, it was as if no time had passed at all. She could still feel the presence of the man she loved, though he had been gone for close to four years. A beautiful soul was taken from this mortal plane by a terrible man, and that criminal act was never truly punished. Sure, she extracted revenge at Evolution 5, but Frank Lowe still roams the earth a free man. On this day, as she sets out to finally claim the Cruiserweight Championship, Sara Pettis is visiting the grave of her lost love. As if carried there by his spirit, she makes her way to his grave and kneels before it. She straightens the fake flower arrangement and runs her fingers across the engravement on the tombstone. So much time has passed but it still feels like moments ago that he was taken from her.
Her heart is splintered in present day, having fallen in love with another man. Though there will always be a shadow of love for the one taken from her, she has moved on with her life in many ways. Her corporate empire has grown beyond all expectations. She holds the key to the future of over one hundred employees across the GUSTcorp offices. With so many irons in the fire, none of them would be possible without the father of her only child. He opened her mind to so many possibilities in this business and encouraged her to fight for the chance to return to the squared circle following a double neck fusion in 2015. Every moment since then has been on borrowed time, and she is grateful for everything he did for her.
All was made possible by this man, who once jokingly asked for fake flower arrangement on his grave.
Neither of them thought that day would come so early.
But here we are.
Back at Cold Bruise, she sits at the counter with a laptop in front of her and a phone to her ear. She is working tirelessly on the final phase of her in-ring career, and a huge part of that is the legacy of the CruiserClash brand. While the show itself is inactive, there are still aspects of it that exist every week on Monday Night Clash. From the championships to the high profile that Teo Blaze has risen to, the spirit of what they all worked for lives on. In just a few days, the showdown of immortals takes place as best friends fight for the Cruiserweight Championship. Both are equally confident in walking out of Phoenix with the gold, while keeping their friendship intact.
What comes next, they wonder. Well, she has a plan for that. There is much to be done to make the most of this final run here in Action Wrestling, and a lot of it relies on their friendship remaining strong. Together, they can capture the fire of the gods and further the legacy of CruiserClash.
On her laptop screen reads, “Queens of CruiserClash”.
Because “The Swallowing” is trademarked to Lissie Hope.

“Addy, my love. We've been up and down some wild roads that I am not legally allowed to talk about publicly. There are just some things we will take to our graves, hon. Aside from the hijinks we’ve found ourselves in, you’ve also been there through my darkest days.”
“When he died… a part of me died.”
“Through your friendship… I was reborn.”
“I owe you so much and yet… I yearn to take so much from you, Addy. That Cruiserweight Championship has been in the back of my mind since I first arrived in Action Wrestling four years ago. It has been within reach and yet… never been mine. With so much talk of finishing stories… winning that title will start a new chapter in mine.”
“I want to thank you in advance for being the ghostwriter in the final chapter of my career."
"Every twist and turn over the last four years has brought us to this moment, Addy. The rabbit hole that brought me deep into the mind games of Devil's Gate derailed my fate for too long."
"I'm finally where I belong."
