Chris Avery: Folks, it's with a heavy heart to say that someone has taken things too far. The video we are about to show, in a fabricated version as the true nature of the video was deemed too violent and horrific for even us. I am ashamed to say that sometimes things get too real, and too inappropriate even for the world that we've created here. The New Brotherhood have not been my favorite team in Action Wrestling, though their track record has them earning my respect and of that of most of the locker room. I say most because of all the evidence we've been able to find about the person or people who have enacted this terrible act on the New Brotherhood has us pointing at this being an inside job. Some of the key suspects are... everyone. Everyone is a suspect. But in my humble opinion this seems like the work of someone like Sicko, or ZMAC. It could even be the Supermarks exacting their revenge. Vepertine has it in her, as does Hotaka. Hell, I wouldn't even put it past Addy A especially after her calling out the New Brotherhood last week. Whoever it is, what I can say for certain is that after what they've gone through, if the New Brotherhood does come back to AW after this I'm sure that they'll do what they can to exact their revenge.
Now, what we are about to show you is not meant for juvenile eyes, even in it's abbreviated form. We feel as though it's important for the fans to understand why our Tag Team Champions have been unable to compete the past few weeks. We believe that you deserve as much of the story as we can share. So with that I will be leaving the room because I can't watch this again.
A dimly lit room, Kevin Bishop and Cipher found themselves bound to chairs, their eyes adjusting to the eerie glow of flickering lights. Both men are stripped down to their underwear, and undershirts. Cipher has been unmasked revealing a scarred faceade underneath long greasy hair, and sweat puddles underneath the chair legs of both men. A voice echoed from the shadows, chilling their bones.
Voice: Welcome, gentlemen, to your reckoning. You have trespassed where you shouldn't have, and now you must pay the price.
Bishop: What the hell do you think we’ve done. We’ve protected. We’ve served. We’ve honored the privaleges that we have. Who the hell do you think you are to punish us for having done nothing wrong. Who are you?
Voice: I am your judge…
With that the lights shut off.
Voice: Your Jury…
The lights turn on an eerie red dim light.
Voice: But you… you will be your own executioner!!!
A spinning blade drops from the ceiling with a 60 second timer attached to it. It whirs ferociously as you can see the two men’s hands taped together above their heads. The blade slowly drops down as the timer starts.
Voice: In order to survive one of you must sacrifice. Time is ticking.
The timer counts down. 59….58…57
Bishop: Ok, if we can just work together we can move this chair. On three. One… two… THREE
The two men try to jump up but the bolted chair doesn’t move.
Bishop: AGAIN! 1…2…3!!!!
Another push and the chair budges but doesn’t move. The timer continues to click down.
37…36…35…
Cipher: There’s only one way out of this without us both losing our hands.
Bishop: Forget about it… we don’t understand enough about it to know… just try again, I swear these bolts are loosening. 1…2…3!!!
Another rush and a bolt pops out of one of the legs.
Bishop: YES!!!! Again!!! 1…2…3!!!
Another push and the bolts start to budge, but the timer continues to count down.
12…11…10..
Bishop: What are you doing?
Cipher: What needs to be done.
With a push of strength surprising to the larger man of Bishop, Cipher forces his hands atop his partners as the blades draw nearer and nearer to his wrists…
***Paramount Plus has removed the footage and will resume in a moment***
We return and Cipher has his hands wrapped in his bloody undershirt as Bishop drags his body through an open door.
Bishop: We’re going to be ok… it’s ok. You’re going to grow those hands back like those aliens or whatever did in Brooklyn. You’re special. Your blood is special. You’re going to be ok.
They get to a window and Bishop drops Cipher….
Bishop: How fucking DARE YOU! YOU LET THEM GO RIGHT NOW!!!
Through the window two beds are seen. Sleeping visages of Karma and Darren Bishop lay underneath white blankets, both looking still as can be.
Voice: Kevin- there lie the only people in your life that you’ve ever TRULY cared about, despite your discussions of the Betterment of whatever place you’re in. In order to escape this prison you must choose to kill one of them. If you don’t make a decision then you will never escape and all 4 of you will die here. You have 1 minute to make this decision or the door to the exit will seal shut and lock forever. Choose wisely…
Kevin's heart pounded in his chest as he grappled with the weight of the decision before him. On one hand, Darren lay in an unwakeable coma, his innocent form a reminder of the fragile hope they clung to for a cure. On the other hand, Karma's eyes seemed to open and bore into his soul, silently pleading for him to choose their son's life over hers. The thought of losing either of them tore at Kevin's very being, leaving him paralyzed with indecision. Her voice of what she would say echoed in his head…
Karma: Kevin, please... don't do this. I can't bear to see you make this choice.
Kevin: I... I don't know what to do, Karma. I can't lose you, but I can't lose Darren either.
With trembling hands, Kevin hovered over the button, his mind consumed by fear and uncertainty. But deep down, he knew that sacrificing Karma would haunt him forever, regardless of the outcome. With a heavy heart, he made his decision and pushed the button, steeling himself for the inevitable.
As the button clicked beneath his touch, a wave of sorrowful relief washed over Kevin—but it was quickly replaced by confusion and disbelief. The figures before him melted away like wax, revealing that they were nothing more than cruel illusions meant to torment him.
Kevin stumbled forward, his mind reeling from the revelation. With cautious steps, he approached the now-opened door, his resolve hardened by the harrowing trial he had endured. He grabbed Cipher who was completely passed out from blood loss and dragged him out of the door.
As they walked off into the Las Vegas sunset their silhouette grew smaller in the horizon as the back of the heads of a towering figure appeared in camera, and a vile maniacal laugh emanated from it.
