Billy: We heard this morning that Driller Jaworski is taking the place of TJ Alexander too by the way! We heard Alexander will have a US Title opportunity next week on Clash?

2 Falls Match (First: CW, Second: TV) Addy A vs. Driler Jaworski(c) vs. Jessie Lee(c) Ethan Miller: Our opening contest is a Triple Threat Match. It is scheduled for two falls. The first fall is the for the Action Wrestling Cruiserweight Championship! The second fall is for the Action Wrestling Television Championship!
The Arena is bathed in a a deep pink hue as the opening of "Nightmare" by Halsey echoes throughout the sold out Action Wrestling venue. "Now I lay me down to sleep I pray the Lord my soul to keep If I shall die before I wake I pray the Lord my soul to take" The lights in the venue start pulsating between between the pink hue and the brilliant white light in time with each high hat beat of her entrance music as the first verse punctuates the rabid noise of the crowd. "I, I keep a record of the wreckage in my life I gotta recognize the weapon in my mind They talk shit, but I love it every time And I realize" Addy A bursts through the curtain and stands on the stage as the venue goes dark except for a single pink spotlight focused on her at the top of the ramp. "I've tasted blood and it is sweet I've had the rug pulled beneath my feet I've trusted lies and trusted men Broke down and put myself back together again"
Plumping up her cleavage she completes a three hundred and sixty degree spin. "Stared in the mirror and punched it to shatters Collected the pieces and picked out a dagger" When facing the ring once more she bends over and touches the floor with one hand and slaps herself twice on the ass with her other hand, before heading down the steel to the ring. "I've pinched my skin in between my two fingers And wished I could cut some parts off with some scissors" As theme continues continues, on the way to the ring Adelaide randomly picks an audience member, and teases rubbing their face into her cleavage, before wiggling a finger 'no'. "Come on little lady, give us a smile No, I ain't got nothing to smile about I got no one to smile for, I've waited a while for A moment to say "I don't owe you a Goddamn thing" Continuing to school girl skip along to the ring. Once reaching the apron, Addy pulls herself onto the ring apron, she does the splits down on the apron. Pausing as she folds her she under the bottom rope. "I, I keep a record of the wreckage in my life I gotta recognize the weapon in my mind They talk shit, but I love it every time And I realize No sweet dream but I'm a hell of a night That I'm no sweet dream, but I'm a hell of a night" She pops up to her feet and covers her mouth in faux shock acting as she didn't intend to show her ass to the crowd. Ethan Miller: Coming to the ring, by way of Venice, California.... ADDY AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!
The bagpipes at the start of “My Gift to You” by Korn plays. When that part of the song ends, the theme song transitions into the hardcore onslaught of "43% Burnt" by The Dillinger Escape Plan. Ethan Miller: From Towson, Maryland, weighing at 201 lbs., the Action Wrestling Cruiserweight Champion, Driller Jaworski!
Driller marches down the aisle, wide-eyed and focused on the ring while holding the Cruiserweight Championship in his hand. He throws the Cruiserweight Championship into the ring. The ref and Ethan Miller duck to avoid getting hit. Driller rolls under the bottom rope and paces back and forth, barely able to control himself before the bell rings. He stares a hole through Addy A and then shoots his eyes down the aisle as Jessie Lee’s entrance begins. Without warning, the lights in the arena cut out and the live professional wrestling fandom was left in pure darkness. That is until the heavy drums of Ghostkid's SUPERNOVA began to reverberate throughout the arena; flashes of lights strobing along with the early beat of the song. This is a, this is a Beautiful, beautiful This is a, this is a Beautiful, beautiful
This is a, this is a Beautiful, beautiful This is a, this is a Beautiful day to DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIE!
YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! With Sebastian Biesler's guttural screams piercing throughout the arena the lighting turned back on to reveal the nearly six-foot muscular frame of Jessie Lee standing center stage. With her feet shoulder-width apart and arms hanging loosely at her sides, the Aussie directed a fierce scowl in the direction of the ring with her head slightly cocked to the side. After several moments of allowing the song to play out Jessie abruptly grabbed onto her leather vest, gave it a rough tug, and marched down the ramp with a deadly swagger in her step. The Action Wrestling Television Champion shining brightly from its position around her waist. Ethan Miller: Making her way to the ring from Perth, Western Australia.......she is the REIGNING;DEFENDING World Television Champion ...The Dommy Mommy of Action Wrestling.......The Bad Bitch......Jessie......LEEEEEEEEEE!
With the announcement of her name, the pugilist powerhouse continued her descent down the rampway until she reached the bottom. Taking a moment to check the tape wound around her wrists one last time, Jessie lurched forward in a sprint and leaped into the air as if she were vaulting over a hurdle. However, instead of a hurdle, Jessie cleared the end of the ring apron and skirted into the ring underneath the bottom rope. She then hopped to her feet and began pacing around the ring as the anticipation of the upcoming contest visibly appeared in the form of spontaneous shit-talking those around her; announcers, referees, opponents, and front-row fans were all fair game! Then, as SUPERNOVA faded away, Jessie tore the vest from her shoulders and chucked it to the outside before tearing the Television Champion from around her waist so that she could hold it high before ultimately handing it to the referee. DING DING DING
The ref signals for the bell to start the match. Driller blindsides Jessie with a running forearm smash. She ends up in the corner, where Driller rains down furious body punches. Addy pushes Driller out of the way and chops Jessie. Driller pushes Addy out of the way and chops her. He sends her off the ropes. Driller attempts a clothesline. Addy ducks but is met with a boot by Jessie. Jimmy Garcia: FATALITY! IS THIS FALL OVER ALREADY?!
Jessie covers. ONE!

TWO!!
Jessie pulls Driller out of the ring and sends him down with a right hand. She gets him up and slams his face into the guardrail followed by an Irish whip into the adjacent guardrail. She runs at Driller and gives him a big boot, which sends him into the crowd. Jessie follows after him and clubs him with a double axe handle across his back. She locks him in a double underhook and sends him flat back onto the concrete with a butterfly suplex. Driller yawps in pain and holds his back. Jessie poses for the fans, who shower her in adoration. The celebration is short-lived as Addy A comes out of nowhere with a Thesz press followed by mounting punches. She grabs Jessie by the hair and throws her over the guardrail to the ringside floor. She tosses the timekeeper out of his chair, folds the chair up, and smashes Jessie’s back with it over and over again. She lifts it up for one last big crack, Driller comes up from behind Jessie, grabs the chair, and throws it in Addy’s face. Addy stumbles backwards, holding her nose. When she takes her hand away from her face, the viewers can she blood from the broken nose she has suffered. Driller charges at Addy with a running clothesline. He rolls her back into the ring and sees Jessie getting to her feet. He runs at Jessie and hits her with a knee smash right to the face. He turns to get back in the ring, but is met with a baseball slide by Addy. Driller goes flying over the announce table, almost taking out the two broadcasters. She stands on the table and grabs Driller. She gets him in a front facelock and signals for a DDT, but before she can execute the move, Jessie grabs her from behind and racks her on her shoulders. Driller stands straight up and sees what’s happening. He runs, leaps off the table, and hits an elbow drop to Addy at the same time as Jessie is snapping Addy’s back with an Argentine Backbreaker. Jimmy Garcia: ELBOW DROP/BISHBREAKER COMBO!
HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! While still on her ass, Jessie grabs her neck, as the added impact of Driller’s elbow drop tweaked her neck a little bit. Driller takes advantage and smashes her neck with his elbow. He grabs her and throws her into the ring steps. She’s propped up against the steps when Driller smashes her in the face again with his knee. He rolls her into the ring, drags her to the middle, and goes for the cover. ONE!

He gets his head under Jessie’s left arm and grabs her around the waist. Addy A runs into the ring and gets herself underneath Driller. She pulls his tights and sends both he and Jessie crashing down to the mat. Jimmy Garcia: TOWER OF DOOM! ADDY POWERBOMBED DRILLER AS HE HIT AN AVALANCHE BACKDROP DRIVER ON JESSIE!
THIS IS AWE-SOME! 👏👏👏👏👏 THIS IS AWE-SOME! 👏👏👏👏👏 THIS IS AWE-SOME! 👏👏👏👏👏 THIS IS AWE-SOME! 👏👏👏👏👏 THIS IS AWE-SOME! 👏👏👏👏👏 All three competitors are on the mat, spent from the brawl they’ve been engaged in. Lexi Stone: And this is only the first fall! Will they have anything left for the second fall?!
The three of them get to their feet. Addy is up first and chops Driller in the chest. Driller answers back with a chop of his own. Jessie chops Driller. He chops her right back. Jessie and Addy both chop Driller at the same time. Driller falls to the mat. Addy and Jessie send Driller off the ropes. They both lift him and drop him stomach first on the top rope. Driller spills out to the floor. Jessie gets up and watches Driller crumble to the outside. However, she takes too long enjoying Driller’s misfortune as Addy rolls her up from behind. ONE!
TWO!!
Jessie kicks out and gets to her feet. We see her say “bitch” to Addy and go for a running clothesline. Addy intercepts, lifts Jessie up at the legs, and sends her down to the mat with a reverse neckbreaker. She climbs to the top turnbuckle. and waits for Jessie to get to a seated position. When she does, Addy takes flight Jimmy Garcia: DOUBLE KNEE STRIKE TO JESSIE!
Addy wastes no time in locking in her triangle choke submission. Lexi Stone: ADDY HAS JESSIE CHOKING ON HER WAP!
Jessie struggles to escape the move, but Addy has it locked in tight. Jimmy Garcia: Jessie is starting to fade!
Just as it seems that Jessie is about to pass out, Driller drops a knee on Addy’s already busted nose. Addy immediately lets go of the hold and holds her face again. Driller lifts her up in a vertical suplex and sends her down with a stunner. Jimmy Garcia: DRILL-YER JAW!
Addy is dazed on her feet. Driller lifts Addy up in a fireman’s carry. Jimmy Garcia: HE’S GOING FOR DB-24! WAIT! ADDY ESCAPED! SHE GRABS DRILLER FROM BEHIND! SHE LIFTS! GOLDEN MILE!!!
She covers! ONE!
TWO!!
THREE!!!Ethan Miller: The winner of the first fall and NEW Action Wrestling Cruiserweight Champion, Addy A! Jimmy Garcia: She’s got one title! Will she get back the title she never lost?! Lexi Stone: We’ve got one more fall to find out!
The ref waits for all three competitors to get to their feet in the ring before signaling for the bell to start the second fall. Lexi Stone: Here we go!
The ref signals for the bell. All three wrestlers run at each other and meet in the middle of the ring. They start throwing wild punches and kicks at each other. Addy grabs Driller and Jessie and knocks their heads together. Driller and Jessie stumble backwards. Addy runs and clotheslines Jessie over the top rope. She runs the opposite direction and clotheslines Driller over the top rope. She runs back across the ring and hits a suicide dive to Jessie on the outside. She gets back in the ring, runs, and hits a suicide dive to Driller. She runs around the ring back to Jessie and sends Jessie down with boot to the face. She doesn’t even pause before running back around the ring to Driller. However, Driller is ready for her and sends her down with a pop-up cutter on the outside floor. OOOOOHHHHH!!!!!
Driller rolls Addy into the ring. He sees Jessie trying to climb into the ring from the other side. He runs and gives Jessie a knee smash, which sends her back to the outside floor. Driller picks up Addy and throws her over the top rope with a military press slam right onto Jessie. Both women fall to the floor. Driller gets out of the ring and gets Addy on his shoulders in a fireman’s carry. Jessie stands up and Driller scoops her up in a fireman’s carry as well. Lexi Stone: Is he going to hit a double DB-24 on the floor?
Driller struggles to keep all the weight on his shoulders. Jessie escapes, grabs Driller around the waist, and throws Driller backwards with a German suplex while Addy is still on his shoulders! OOOOOHHHHH!!!!!
Jimmy Garcia: What strength by Jessie Lee!
Jessie lifts Driller and sends him crotch first into the ring post. Driller’s foot gets caught on the second rope and he’s left dangling in the Tree of Woe. Jessie stomps on him repeatedly. Addy recovers and throws Jessie to the side. She takes a few steps back and superkicks Driller right in the heart. Jimmy Garcia: HEARTLESS!
Addy unhooks Driller’s foot from the rope and he falls to the floor. Jessie grabs Addy and rolls her back into the ring. Addy gets to her feet and comes off the ropes while Jessie climbs back into the ring. Addy crushes Jessie with a curb stomp. She pulls Jessie away from the ropes and covers. ONE!
TWO!!Jessie kicks out. She sits up. Addy comes off the ropes and attempts a running knee to Jessie’s face, but Jessie grabs Addy’s leg. Addy falls forward. Jessie gets to her feet and locks in a kneebar on Addy. Addy writhes in pain and reaches for the rope, but she’s just a little short. Jimmy Garcia: Is Addy going to tap?!
Driller comes to. He reaches under the bottom rope and pulls Addy out of Jessie’s clutches. He grabs Addy in a front face lock, pulls her to the outside floor, and sends her down with a snap suplex. He stands and sees Jessie standing in the ring. Jessie motions for him to enter. He runs into the ring and meets Jessie in the middle, where they start trading fists. Jessie gets the better of the exchange and sends Driller off the ropes. She goes for running clothesline. Driller ducks and turns while Jessie comes off the ropes. Driller grabs her and sends her down with a spinning sidewalk slam. He covers. ONE!
TWO!!Jessie kicks out. Driller locks her in a camel clutch. Jessie refuses to tap and he cinches it in even more. Jimmy Garcia: How much more can Jessie take?!
Addy saves Jessie by grabbing Driller in a side headlock facebuster knee smash. She gives Driller an Aussie Kiss. She starts climbing to the top rope, but takes too long, which allows Jessie to crotch her on the top turnbuckle. Jessie lifts Driller up and sends throws him into the same turnbuckle. Jimmy Garcia: DEAD DROP! SHE THREW DRILLER RIGHT INTO ADDY! ADDY SPILLS TO THE FLOOR!
Jessie grabs Driller in a double underhook. Jimmy Garcia: SHE’S LOOKING FOR LEETHALITY! NO! DRILLER ESCAPES!
Driller smashes Jessie’s face into the second turnbuckle with a swinging reverse STO. He immediately gets Jessie onto his shoulders and snaps her in two with a sit-out torture rack backbreaker. While he gets to his feet, Addy comes out of nowhere with a sunset flip powerbomb. She lifts Driller up in an elevated double chickenwing. Jimmy Garcia: CHK CHK BOOM! LET'S HEAR FROM JONNY CEDRONE...
Billy: “Wow!” Chris Avery: “What a match Billy!” Billy: “And we still have a lot to offer folks!” Chris Avery: “How can anyone top that?” Billy: “That’s been the theme all throughout the night. Just when we think nobody can top the last match, they either meet or raise the bar one more time.” Chris Avery: “Can you imagine what the Main Event is going to be like?!” Billy: “Again…Wow!” Chris Avery: “Wow indeed. And coming up shortly we have a match that is bound to be nothing short of astonishing and awe-inspiring. In a first-round match in the Match Madness tournament, we will see the United States Championship be defended as Doc Holiday takes on the challenger, Jonny Cedrone.”
The match poster is put up on the Action-tron and the fans go nuts. Billy: “Two ferocious, intense and focused warriors will go to battle for the prestige and the honor to be the US Champion and advance in the Match Madness tournament. One of those competitors is standing by with the lovely Jade Riley. Take it away Jade!”
The scene changes to the back where we see Jade Riley standing with Jonny Cedrone on her left and Gloria on her right. The fans in the arena go completely crazy at the sight of the Cedrones. All three can’t help but to smile, even though Jonny tries to fight it back harder than the girls. Jade Riley: “Thank you very much Billy. And standing right here beside me are the lovely Miss Gloria and the incomparable Jonny Cedrone!”
The fans give another huge reaction. Jade Riley: “Jonny, tonight you have the opportunity to get back what you feel is rightfully yours, the United States Championship. But that’s not the only thing that hangs in the balance. Because winning the match means that you advance in the Match Madness tournament, that was just created by Monday Night Clash General Manager, Brady Bolt, where the winner of the tournament gets an opportunity at the April Fools’ Gold edition of Monday Night Clash.” “How are you feeling going into such a match with so much at stake?” Jonny Cedrone: “Can ya feel it Jade? Can ya feel the electricity in the air?! Can ya feel the change in the air?!”
Jonny turns his attention towards the camera. Jonny Cedrone: “How about you Greensboro?!”
The fans go completely nuts once again. Jonny Cedrone: “Oh man, I’m gettin’ chills!! Look!”
Jonny puts his arm up to the camera, showcasing his goosebumps, then pulls it over towards Jade and Gloria. Jonny Cedrone: “I’m so excited, I’ve got goosebumps; I have hairs standing on end on the back of my neck; I’ve got chills running up and down my spine!! I feel it!! Tonight is the night!! And there’s not a fittin’ place more than right here in Greensboro!”
Another huge pop from the fans. Jade Riley: “Your opponent, Doc Holiday has proven time after time that he’s not an easy win though.”
The fans in the arena boo at the sound of Doc’s name being mentioned. Jonny Cedrone: “I know what ya mean Greensboro. Yeah, I know that Doc’s not an easy win. As a matter of fact, it was just a couple of short weeks ago that Niobe and I faced him and his partner, Jody Madrox in a tag team match.”
“Now, I know from past experiences that Doc is a tough competitor. When you step in the ring with him, you don’t walk out feelin’ the same way ya did as you walked in. He will make you feel pain in places that you didn’t know existed. But just judgin’ from that tag team match, it brings a whole new meaning to the idea of him not bein’ an easy win. He only came into the ring when the situation suited him and that wasn’t very often at all.”
Heat from the fans. Jonny Cedrone: “I know! And then, ya think about that and you add to it the way in which he “won” the United States Championship.”
Even more heat from the fans. Jonny Cedrone: “That just goes to show ya that the man has no idea what it means to be the US Champion. That just goes to show ya that if the advantage isn’t overtly in his favor, he doesn’t wanna face any obstacles that stand in his way. If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times, I don’t know how the man sleeps at night.”
“That big oaf Balfore was ran over by a car, had a soda machine kick his ass and was IN the hospital when Doc “won” the Championship. No obstacle there.”
“A couple of weeks ago he chose to stand in the corner for most of the match and bark orders at Madrox until Madrox got enough of it and turned on his partner, making him easy pickin’s for yours truly.”
The fans give another hue pop. Jonny Cedrone: “So let me ask ya one thing Doc. How’d it feel to count the lights when someone else had the advantage?”
Another huge pop. Jonny Cedrone: “I’m gonna tell ya one thing though Doc. That’s a feelin’ that you’d better get used to because it’s the same feelin’ that you’re gonna feel tonight. Because tonight, you and I are goin’ one-on-one. No tag team partners. No cars. No soda machines. I’m not in the hospital.”
“No!”
“I’m 100% healthy! I’m 100% fired up! And I’m 100% ready to do whatever I need to do to beat you, raise that United States Championship high above my head where it rightfully belongs and advance in the Match Madness tournament!”
Another huge pop from the fans! Jonny Cedrone: “And I assure you Doc, that I will do anything it takes to win this fight tonight. There’s too much at stake to give it anything less. I want this…no I NEED this more than life itself Doc. The United States Championship is my lifeline. It’s why I wake up in the mornings. It’s the last thing on my mind when I go to sleep and the first thing on my mind when I wake up. I eat. I sleep. And I breathe for the United States Championship!”
“So you can’t get any more of an obstacle standin’ in your way than me, Doc. And this obstacle will NOT move until he gets what he wants!”With that, Jonny walks off camera with Gloria following shortly behind him, leaving Jade Riley to throw it back to ringside.

Match Madness First Round Vespertine vs. Jody Madrox(c) Ethan Miller: The following is schecduled for ONE FALL, it is a first round match for MATCH MADNESS, and it is for the Omega Championship!! Introducing first... Chris Avery: We're kicking off Brady Bolt's new announcement, the Match Madness Tournament, with TWO huge first round matches, Billy... considering that both first round matches tonight are ALSO with the Omega and United States championships on the line! Billy: It's like I say in my CBD-infused butcher shop, the steaks have never been higher!!
The sound of a Japanese flute starts out playing quietly over the loudspeakers and the lights go down. The Tron comes up and we see two armies standing face to face on a battlefield. The flute continues playing and the camera on the Tron gets closer to the two armies. The camera cuts scene. The camera cuts back to a scene of two armies. The Japanese flute plays louder. Both armies are huge and they are an army of shogun, ronin, and samurai. As the army walks forward a single figure comes into view and emerges from the line. The figure raises their sword and as one the entire army stops. The figure runs forward and gets atop a boulder to look out. The camera goes over their shoulder, and we see the other army standing as a wall in the distance. The figure/leader takes off their helmet and long black hair tumbles out from it and flows all around, sometimes waving and weaving in places where the wind catches it. The figure turns and looks at the army behind them and we see it is Vespertine. She raises her sword and roars in fury. Camera cuts scene and the Japanese flute stops. camera cuts back to scene of her army raising their own swords and shouting in fury. The camera pans back quickly and she does the motion of with her sword and the camera goes up and we see her entire army run forward to join in the fray below. The song "Diamond Eyes" starts up and then goes straight into the song. "Boom Lay boom lay boom. Boom lay, boom lay boom" Suddenly the spotlights in the arena come up and we see a lone figure standing at the top of the ramp. One arm is raised and we see it is Vespertine and she is standing facing the entrance curtains. She spins around rather quickly and at the end of the turn she points at the audience where upon a couple of pyros go off on each side of her. She stands at the top of the ramp looking around at the audience. Then suddenly she reaches her hands out to them and then quickly pulls back into a fist and fire pillar pyros go off behind her. She saunters on down to the ring, stepping in time to the music. She goes up the ring steps, goes to the middle of the apron, then uses the ropes to blackflip over them to inside the ring and does the splits upon coming down. She takes off her sunglasses and looks around at various spots within the audience. She crawls to the other side of the ring and then suddenly jumps up and spreads her arms out and lands in a V- like pattern where upon at each corner of the ring, showers of sparks come flying out. She looks around, still with the feral look in her eyes, and takes off her trenchcoat duster and gives it to a person outside the ring and goes to sit on the turnbuckle facing the ring entrance until the match starts Ethan Miller: Coming down to the ring, previously from the Gates of Eternity, currently from San Francisco, Ca in her mortal form, weighing in at 120 lbs... she is THE Well Rounded Fighting Machine, VESPERTINE!!! Chris Avery: Vespertine feels as if she has been disgraced in the eyes of her patron, and wants to get back in their good graces by winning this match tonight. Billy: Her lore is harder to follow at this point than MHA, seriously, can someone send me a Youtube video where a smarmy Gen Z kid talks me through it in ten minutes?? Chris Avery: You could try paying attention to the shows and absorbing the info presented. Billy: Okay LISTEN - Ethan Miller: And her opponent...
As the beat drops on the entrance way, we see the lights go out in the area, and the Tron comes to life with “Da Geto Boy” on the screen. Then as the song plays, the lights come back on to see John Black and Jody coming out together in pair of jackets and bandanas on their faces, as they walk down they gives some of the people some dap all the way past the ramp, then Jody takes off the jacket and handed to JB and he slides into the ring, he goes to the corners to taunt to the crowd. Then after he takes off the bandana off his face and tosses it into the crowd, then he stands in the middle of the ring as his theme cuts off. Ethan Miller: Weighing in at 230 lbs, and accompanied by John Black... he is the Omega Champion... JODY MADROX!! Chris Avery: Ever since Madrox overcame the dominant DRAUGR, he's really found his niche with the Omega Championship and is really firing on all cylinders! Can he pick up another big win tonight, AND move on in Match Madness?? DING DING DING
The music stops and the referee calls for the bell. An unusually business-like Madrox marches forward and went on the attack out of the gate, hammering Vespertine with piston-like rights and lefts before whipping her far side and military pressing her over his head with ease. He presses her up and down before throwing her across the ring. Disoriented, she tries getting to her feet only to be caved in the corner with an avalanche. Madrox now turns to the crowd, holding his arms out and shouting out to his homies. Chris Avery: Now even I have to question that. Madrox should have tried to go for the fall there. Billy: It's more important that the hood loves Madrox!
Madrox turns and goes to lift Vespertine, but she gives him a vicious rake to the eyes, making him stumble back blindly, scrubbing at his eyes, and Vespertine rolls him into a schoolboy. No sooner has the referee gotten in position than Madrox kicks out keeping the match alive. Getting to her feet, it is an incensed Vespertine who begins mounting aggression knocking Madrox down with two quick fire clotheslines as he tries getting up, before a massive kick to the side of the skull keeps him grounded. She continues to hammer down with furious right and left forearms to the back, dropping Madrox to his knees. She then drops down to continue to attack, and once she has Madrox flat on the mat and is choking him violently with her hand around his neck, much to the vocal displeasure of the crowd, and a verbal warning from the ref! Vespy gets to her feet, barking angrily at the referee to stay out of her business. Vespertine applies the boots before she looks to pull Madrox to a vertical base and chuck him in the corner, but the much bulkier Madrox quickly turns the tide, yanking Vespertine hard against the turnbuckle and hammering in with a flurry of right hands to the midsection, before a handful of hair allows Madrox to smash Vespertine face first of the top turnbuckle. Chris Avery: Vespertine gives up such a considerable power and size advantage. Billy: Yeah, about one hundred bones worth. Let's not forget, Avery, like his mentor John Black, standing at under 5'10 in height, Madrox qualifies kiiinda more on the chonky side. Chris Avery: You say this about him, and yet your diet consists of lamb tacos covered with bacon lard and washed down with a Faygo Red.
A hard irish whip sends Vespy across the ring, with Madrox charging in for a corner clothesline, seamlessly transitioning into a running bulldog for an early near fall. Dazed, Vespertine crawls to the ropes, but Madrox is right on her, teeing off with a few rights to the head before sending her off the ropes... into a high back body drop! Vespertine goes sailing into the lights, and comes crashing down to earth. She is quickly back up, holding the small of her back, but she’s left staggering towards the ropes, with Madrox charging... and a clothesline sends Vespertine over the top rope, tumbling to the floor. Vespy lands hard at the foot of the aisle, while in the ring Madrox briefly soaks up the cheers of the home town crowd before he notices Vespy rising... and comes off the opposite ropes... to connect on a baseball slide dropkick that sends Vespertine flying into the guardrail! Hitting the rail face first, Vespertine staggers off, holding her face. The fans pop as Madrox stares down at Vespertine; the fans certainly continue to will on Madrox. Madrox considers his options, and for one, brief, hysterical moment, it seems as if the 230 pounder is weighing the benefits of attempting to do a suicide dive. Chris Avery: HE WOULDN'T!! Billy: I think I'll call this the Wreck of the Hesperus!!
Thankfully, while turning and playing to the crowd, Madrox motions that he ain't doing that nonsense, and he climbs out of the ring, lumbering after Vespertine. The crowd is starting a rhythmic clap for the Geto Boy, and in the aisle Madrox raises the roof and plays to the fans again as he advances on the downed Vespertine, only for Vespertine to grab the waist of Madrox’s tights, and pulls him forward, sending him shoulder first into the steel ring post! The crowd instantly deflates as Vespertine pulls out a desperation move, taking time to return to her feet sees Madrox is still wrapped around the ring post, prompting the Fighting Machine to jump to the outside, grabbing Madrox's arm and placing a foot against the ring post, yanking the arm forward, applying all kinds of pressure on the shoulder that again causes Madrox to express his pain. She hauls back on the move, screaming like a banshee. The referee tells Vespertine he will DQ her, and starts counting to five. A count of four and 3 fourths finally prompts Vespertine to release her grip, but she slides back under the bottom rope, catching Madrox as he stumbles from the ringpost, and Vespertine slides back outside, burying in a wicked lariat to the throat as he is still cringing and holding his shoulder. Vespertine responds to the fans in the immediate vicinity showering her with bile by shouting at them. Chris Avery: Never forget, Vespertine came in to AW targeting the giant colossus Sitcom, and she has shown she is willing to go absolutely unhinged to get what she wants.
Vespy lifts the bigger man, drags him by one arm, slowly pulling him up, and walking him over to slam him face first on the steel guardrail. Vespertine then hauls back and chops Madrox, violently, across the chest. The crowd is booing loudly, fans in the front row are taunting and hurling abuse at the Well-Rounded Fighting Machine, and she disdainfully curses at them as well, before snatching a soda from a fan at ringside and dumping it on Madrox. Madrox groans and pushes himself up off the guardrail. The referee is starting to count both competitors up, and is at a count of five... and Vespy clubs Madrox over the back, then she goes to lift him up to the ring so they don't get counted out. Vespertine finally muscles Madrox up, trying to push him onto the apron. Madrox fights back with elbows to the side of the head, repeatedly, until Vespertine stumbles away in the aisle, and then Madrox climbs down, and Vespertine turns into a running shoulder block that flattens her light a freight train. Madrox is able to lift Vespertine up much easier, and he does so, giving Vespertine a stalling back suplex before depositing her the hard way on the ring apron. Billy: THE HARDEST PART OF THE RING! Chris Avery: Has that ever been proven, or is it just a buzz word that people want us to say? Shouldn't it all have the same consistency, being made of - Billy: They MAKE that part HARDER than anywhere else!!
Vespertine, arching her back in a pantomime of severe back pain, has her mouth stretched wide in a grimace, and she rolls underneath the ropes, rolling to near the opposite side of the ring to deal with the pain. Madrox goes around the ring and climbs up the steps, getting back in the ring. He then pulls Vespertine to her feet by the back of her pants, and hoists her high into the air, holding her there and landing a brutal atomic drop. Vespertine continues screaming, and holding her lower back, and Madrox finishes off by smashing her into the mat with a full nelson slam. Chris Avery: The Omega Champion might have her here! He might go to the next round of Match Madness!! ONE! TW--KICKOUT!!
Madrox let out an audible sigh before going back on the offensive. He turns to the crowd, points to Vespertine, and starts motioning that he's going to the top rope. He grabs Vespertine's arm, and starts dragging her prone body over towards a corner, but then he takes just a second too long because Vespertine gives him a wince inducing kick to the knee-cap, and Vespertine rolls him into a small package. The referee scoots over, recording this new cover. ONE!TW--KICKOUT!!
The Diva snarls and lets out a string of profanities at the ref. Now Vespertine looks to apply pressure to the arm, driving her elbow rapid-fire into the shoulder, before lifting the champ up by one arm and taking Madrox down with a single-arm DDT, and then, finally, continuing to stomp at the arm with a frenzied fervor. She continues to apply pressure, but Madrox shows great resolve to stay in the match, but his resolve is pushed to the limit as Vespertine synchs back to apply a fujiwara armbar! She pulls on the arm, applying pressure to the damaged shoulder, leaving Madrox in a desperate state, clawing for the ropes. Unable to reach with his free hand, Madrox tries to maneuver his body to allow him to reach the ropes with his feet, kicking out at the bottom rope but continually falling short. Vespy continues to up the pressure, with the referee repeatedly asking Madrox is he wants to submit, as the Fighting Machine is ripping and tearing at the champion's arm. Several long seconds pass by in the hold, and the referee asks again if Madrox gives up. Defiantly Madrox shouts “No!”, but the pain is clear for all to see, as despite his best efforts Madrox is still unable to reach the freedom of the ropes. Still he struggles for the ropes, but it’s to no avail as Vespertine continues to ramp up the pressure, until Madrox shifts his weight onto his knees, stacking Vespy up with a bridging pin. ONE!TWO!! THR--KICKOUT!!!
Vespertine shoots out of the hold, and looks over at Madrox with an expression that is as wide-eyed as it is murderous. Madrox is gripping at his arm, moaning in pain. Vespertine sneers at his agony, and she moves over, gripping his arm and twisting it behind him. She moves in and pounds his sides, then yanks the other arm of Madrox, pulling back on both of the big man's arms in an angle they don't want to go in. Vespertine then places a boot to the back of Madrox's head and curb stomps down with violent force, executing a BFT stomp. Then, she goes back to one arm, twisting and wrenching it hatefully. Madrox is helpless, only able to weakly try to push himself up, and he grabs a hold on the bottom rope, hanging on for dear life. The referee intervenes with Vespy, telling her to break the holds. Vespy shrieks loudly, and pounds on the mat, throwing a miniature tantrum at being denied yet again, but the referee stands his ground, telling her that the rope breaks are on. Vespertine twists the wrist into a painful looking top wristlock. Madrox is trying to get to his knees, and he flails, moaning in agony. The referee asks if he gives up. Vespertine twists the wrist back, acting as if she's going to break it. Madrox pushes himself to his knees, then up to one knee, and using his free hand he swings over and punches Vespertine a few times in the gut. He does this until she loosens the hold. Vespertine stumbles, and she lets go of the wrist, but then she grips Madrox's head and gives him a savage headbutt. She grabs Madrox by the head and nails him with six Kawada style kicks to the head. With Madrox still, weakly, dazedly, hanging by on one knee, she rushes forward and nails him with a shining wizard. She falls over for the cover. ONE!TWO!!THR--KICKOUT!!! Chris Avery: Vespertine is beginning to get more and more agitated, but she doesn't want to lose focus again! Billy: Yeah, wouldn't want to upset her Dark Messiah or whatnot. Pffft. Fruitcake.
Vespertine screams in disbelief and outrage, and she turns to the referee, threatening him. He holds his hands up innocently, and Vespertine gets to her feet, frustrated. She looks from Madrox, up to the ropes, then she decides to go up top and look to end the match once and for all, even if it means she loses her laser focus on the damaged arm. Vespertine screams for Madrox to get up, as she sets up on the top rope. It takes several long seconds, but the Geto Boy finally shuffles to his feet, and Vespertine has a hungry, waiting look in her eyes as he stands there, dazed and staggering. Her version of the high angle corkscrew hurricanrana, however, is intercepted in mid flight, giant hands catch her in midair between her legs hoist her up, then drop her with a short powerbomb. Madrox rolls off of Vespertine, breathing heavily, and Vespertine kicks and spasms on the mat once, all of the wind taken out of her. Chris Avery: WHAT A COUNTER! WHAT AN AMAZING COUNTER! Billy: Somehow, someway, Jody Madrox is still in this fight. Madrox is holding NOTHING back here tonight.
Madrox rolls over, hooking the leg for the cover. ONE!TWO!!THR--KICKOUT!!!
Vespertine shakes the cobwebs out of her head, and Madrox also takes a second to recuperate. Madrox clubs Vespertine over the back, and goes to lift her back up. Vespertine converts this into an arm ringer, twisting the wrist, then she spins and snaps the arm down over her collarbone with a snap arm wringer. Madrox yells, and he backs up, holding his arm. That black rage of Vespertine comes out as she instantly jumps on Madrox, driving knees into the shoulder as Madrox lays prone on the mat, before Vespertine drags Madrox to his feet, firing him off the ropes... she swings with a clothesline... but Madrox ducks it and keeps going forward. Vespertine turns around, and she is met to a boot to the gut from Madrox and a sitout facebuster! On the outside of the ring, John Black is punching the air rn. Chris Avery: STIR IT UP! MADROX HITS IT! CAN HE GO ON TO THE NEXT ROUND! Billy: OMEGA TITLE IS ALSO ON THE LINE! ONE!TWO!! THR--KICKOUT!!!
Both Madrox and Vespy are down, and the referee looks on in shock at the sudden turn of events. He begins administer a count, which neither one is in a position to answer at the moment. The crowd chants along, as both Vespertine and Madrox are laid out. 1... 2... 3... 4... both competitors start to stir... 5... 6... Vespertine is on her knees, holding her midsection with great anguish... 7... Madrox is on one knee, shaking his head... 8... both competitors begin to lumber to their feet. On sight, they clash together and begin throwing bombs. Vespertine connects with a right, but Madrox fires back with a right of his own. Favoring his left arm, Madrox tags Vespertine with three rights in a row, only for her to score a kick to the midsection. She then winds up Madrox for a neckbreaker, only for Madrox to counter... and he lifts Vespy up onto his shoulders and smashes her into the mat with a Michinoku driver! Chris Avery: THAT HAS TO BE IT! ONE!TWO!! THR--KICKOUT!!!
Again Vespertine spasms out of the pin, much to the disappointment of the crowd. Madrox gets back on his feet, exhausted of his burst of energy, a disappointed look on his face, still favoring the left arm, but determined that victory is in his grasp. He waits as slowly…Vespertine is struggling back to her feet as he pulls her in, he kicks her in the gut, doubling her over... He double underhooks her arms... but all of a sudden, Vespertine drops to her knees. The referee can't see around the bulk of Madrox's broad back. Vespertine headbutts Madrox in the groin! It is jarring enough that Madrox groans, releases the intended double underhook, and bends over, holding his midsection. Vespertine, gasping for air, then scrambles out of his clutches. She looks like she's seen a ghost, being that close to getting hit with one last finishing move. But she sees Madrox, still stumbling around, holding his midsection, and she wastes no time. She goes to the top rope and jumps off, taking Madrox down with his jaw landing on the point of her shoulder with a top rope diving codebreaker! Chris Avery: VESPY WITH EPICALLY DIVA!! SHE MIGHT HAVE IT! SHE MIGHT WIN THE OMEGA TITLE!! ONE!TWO!! THR--KICKOUT!!!
Vespy looks over sideways at Madrox, a haunted expression on her face, but then it twists into a feral expression of rage and angst as she realizes how close she came. She shoots to her feet and begins shoving the referee, placing all the blame on him. The referee begs off, a bit intimidated by the tempestuous Fighting Machine, who grips him by the shirt, shaking him. The referee does warn Vespertine not to injure an official or she'll get fined, but Vespy is really on her unhinged kick and shrieks at him, telling him off, does he know who she is and who she serves? Vespertine snarls, looking back down at Madrox, then shaking her head. She starts to go for another Fujiwara armbar... but she took so long that Madrox is able to snap her over for a schoolboy! Vespy rolls through it, and into a position on all fours that Madrox immediately transitions into a DDT! Madrox grimaces, holding his shoulder blade, but he fights through the pain to get back to his feet, grabs Vespy by the head, and sprints to the corner, taking her down with a shiranui! Chris Avery: CATCH ALL OF THIS! Billy: AND SHE SURE AS HELL DID!! Chris Avery: Vespertine took her eye off the ball and she really paid for it! ONE!TWO!!THREE!!! DING DING DING Ethan Miller: Here is your winner... and STILL OMEGA CHAMPION... JODY MADROX!!
"Starcade" by Ocelot hits on the PA, and Madrox sits up, a drained expression on his face as he is handed the Omega Championship. Chris Avery: The first round match in Match Madness lived up to expectations, as both of these competitors gave it their ALL! Billy: But not only did Madrox move on to the next round, he retained his Omega Championship!!
Madrox exits the ring, and John Black is there to hold his hand up on the outside. In the ring, Vespertine is just coming to, and she stares, not comprehending and in disbelief, as Madrox and Black walk up the ramp. Chris Avery: Take nothing away from Vespertine, but Jody Madrox is really hitting his stride as Omega Champion! Billy: Oh hell yeah, now let's see who he goes on to face!
Madrox holds his Omega Title up in the air to a huge ovation from the crowd.

...
The scene switches to a vintage, black and white commercial out of a simpler time. There is an advertising spokesman, tall and gaunt and dressed in a suit; He is clean-shaved, his hair is slicked back with a pomade that makes it shine like an oil slick even in the stark monochromes, and to complete the authenticity, he even has a cigarette held between his first two fingers, and he is staring directly at the camera, smiling at you like an old friend. "Spokesman": Tonight's broadcast is brought to you by: Laughing Clown ice cream products! Still hungry after dinner? Still staring into the emptiness reflected in your face every time your screen goes dark for a second; Still contemplating the haunting shell of ruined promise and shattered dreams your life has become? Laughing Clown has a product for you!
Coming into the frame, carrying balloons so deep grey they have to be red despite the color scheme, a clown dressed as if for a birthday party comes into frame behind the spokesman. This clown is wearing ruffles and traditional circus makeup. "Spokesman": Why, don't take my word for it, just listen to our mascot, Sicko The Clown!
The clown releases the balloons, letting them separate, and float into the air. As the camera watches, the clown turns a cartwheel in the background. The spokesman continues staring, raptly, into the camera, cigarette smoldering between his fingers. There's a ten-second pause, and the tinkling of "Turkey In The Straw" dies down; for those ten seconds, the spokesman, and the gaunt, emaciated, disturbing faux-clown behind him are turned, and just stare, their eyes not meeting the intended eye-contact. Then a smash-cut, and you see the mask, in full color. [SO BLEED]
"Spokesman": Feeling like like is naught but entropy and drudgery and hankering for a sweet release through extremes of agony? Feeling like sublimating your dull, ordinary life with a euphoric release of ultimate pleasure/pain? Try new Laughing Clown rocket pops! Try new Laughing Clown sundae cups! Try new Laughing Clown tooth extraction! Try -
With each, successive item pitched, the announcer's voice becomes more and more manic and high pitched. "Spokesman": Try our products or the Avatar will rip you limb from fucking limb, you pigs!!
A hideous, unhinged laugh escapes the rapidly-unravelling spokesman's lips, bubbling out of his mouth and coming so quickly it's as if he simply can't contain it, a shriek of unmitigated, feral glee. The faux clown that is not Sicko The Clown laughs along with him, but his laughter turns into an anguished sob; Standing behind the spokesman's shoulder, he can be seen to mouth the words "help me". And then, the Laughing Clown logo comes up on the screen, "Try Laughing Clown ice cream products, coming soon to your nearest vendor or at a Laughing Clown brand ice cream truck!"And we cut to ringside.

Match Madness First RoundJonny Cedrone vs. Doc Holiday(c) Ethan Miller: The following is scheduled for ONE FALL, and it is a first round match in MATCH MADNESS! It is for the Action Wrestling UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP! Introducing first!... Chris Avery: The stakes went way up on this one with Brady Bolt's announcement of Match Madness, Billy! Billy: You said it, AW has a history of prestigious tournaments launching people into the next level!
The opening guitar riffs of “Fight Fire with Fire” by Metallica plays over the PA system. A ghostly image is shown on a black background of a woman dressed in a colonial style dress riding on a white horse. At first the horse is riding slow, but once those opening guitar riffs finish, the music fades into “The Thing That Should Not Be” also by Metallica. Ethan Miller: From Las Vegas, Nevada, weighing in at 245 lbs... accompanied by Gloria Cedrone... "THE KING OF SEXY"... JONNY CEDRONE!
With the opening riffs of “The Thing That Should Not Be” the horse comes to a complete stop. The woman looks confused. The music begins to really ramp up and the woman and horse are both drenched in blood which angers both. The horse goes on a full-on sprint with the woman sporting a fearful and enraged grimace as she keeps looking behind her every so often to figure out what happened. Back in the arena, there is only the spotlight pointing at the entranceway. When Papa Het begins singing fog starts rolling through the entranceway and engulfs the entire stage and rampway to the ring. When James Hetfield starts bellowing the chorus for the first time, Gloria comes walking through the curtains, much to the delight of the fans. But she doesn’t look to be in the same joyful mood that she’s usually in when she makes her appearance. After she walks through the curtains and surveys the audience, she steps to the side and waits for Jonny to make his arrival. After a few moments of tension building, a shadowy figure steps through the curtains wearing dark cargo pants and a black hoody with the hood completely covering his face. He stops at the top of the rampway and looks towards the ring. After a few moments, he slowly but intensely makes his way to the ring, never playing to the crowd once. He stops at the end of the rampway and allows Gloria to make her away in front of him. She climbs the stairs and walks the apron to where she’s standing in front of Jonny. She looks out over the crowd then down towards Jonny and with a motion of her hand, she commands him to make his way up the stairs. Following orders, Jonny slowly makes his way up the stairs and walks towards Gloria who’s now sitting on the middle rope to allow him to get into the ring. He makes his way into the ring and just stands in his corner, stoically, then Gloria makes her way into the ring and stands by her man, putting her arm on his shoulder. The music fades away and the fans still try to figure out what to think of this presentation. Jonny never takes off his hoody or anything. He just stands there waiting for the bell to ring to unleash his Hell. Chris Avery: Cedrone took a month or so off, but came back with a renewed focus on winning the United States title, and has been a thorn in the champion's side this entire month! Billy: I have to believe he's a thorn in the side of the legal department, having to secure the rights to use not one but TWO Metallica songs; Do you know how mf'in litigious Lars Ulrich is?? Ethan Miller: And his opponent...
The arena goes dark as the beat to "Got it on Me" by Pop Smoke interrupts the darkness "Look Have mercy on me, have mercy on my soul Don't let my heart turn cold Have mercy on me, have mercy on my soul Don't let my heart turn cold Have mercy on many men Many, many, many, many men Wish death 'pon me Yeah, I don't cry no mo' I don't look to the sky no mo' 'Cause I got it on me" Ethan Miller: ...Hailing from Oakland, California... Weighing in at 215 lbs... he is the ACTION WRESTLING UNITED STATES CHAMPION... DOC HOLIDAY!!
A spotlight shines on Doc Holiday as he stands at the top of the entrance ramp, hood up on his black AW wrestling sweat shirt. His head slowly bobs to the music as he walks to the ring looking very focused on the task at hand. Fans reach out to touch him, he obliges and slap hands with a few of them as he walks to the ring stopping short of the ring apron, pausing for a moment before jumps straight onto the ring apron and slides the the middle rope, going to the center of the ring where he embraces the cheers from the crowd with a sly smirk and his arms out. Green pyro's go off behind him as he lifts his arms, shooting from left to right and then right to left. Chris Avery: Some men may look sideways at Holiday because of his attitude, but look at his record, Billy. Holiday has quietly assembled a Hall of Fame worthy track and he's still growing. Former CBS champion, former Television champion, AND he just defeated Odin Balfore to WIN the US title. Holiday's star is definitely rising. Billy: What a good time for a tournament like Match Madness to come along with an opportunity to prove he belongs in the main event scene!
Despite there being a clearly demarcated heel/face dynamic going into this, the crowd cheers them both on raucously as they step up to each other, until the referee orders the bell rung. DING DING DING
Cedrone extending his arm above his head, calling for a Greco-roman knuckle lock and Holiday locks hands with him and now they meet, both men go shoulder to shoulder, nobody giving a damn inch. Holiday swings his foot up and breaks the left knuckle lock; Cedrone does the same with the right they collide in a collar and elbow tie up. Arm drag by Cedrone and Holiday scrambles back to his feet. Holiday quick to go for a collar and elbow tie up and he quickly gets a hammerlock on Cedrone. He wrenches up on the hold but Cedrone is quick to power his arm and step through and get a hammerlock of his own. Holiday obviously looking to damage that shoulder of the challenger and now Holiday trying to deal with the arm being wrenched up steps through and trips Cedrone to the canvas. He snatches on a side headlock and grinds it in, smirking and shouting abuse at Cedrone. Chris Avery: Holiday is using his abrasive tendencies to goad Cedrone on.
Cedrone is fighting to stand up, however, Holiday flings him over with an elementary side headlock takeover, resting the armpit on Cedrone's chest and ensuring Cedrone is pinned to the canvas. He still has the hold in when Cedrone twists around, scissors his leg over Holiday’s neck and pulls him over to break the side headlock. Holiday struggles in the sudden leg scissor around his throat, then he nips up out of it. He goes to lift Cedrone up but Cedrone lights Holiday up with a chop to the chest with such force that Holiday winces back, holding his chest, and pacing to the ropes. Cedrone comes up to his feet, firing a few more chops at Holiday and then Holiday reverses, laying Cedrone across the ropes and firing a knife edged chop to the chest. Holiday cackles and turns to play to the crowd, and when he turns back Cedrone chops him across the chest very, very hard, making Holiday groan and hold his reddened pec muscle as he's bent over, and Cedrone grabs Holiday by the hair and throws him out of the ring to the outside. Holiday bounces a few times, then comes up on the guardrail, holding his chest. Red welts have spread, and he takes a few breaths. Someone at ringside yells "Yo Holiday, you good??" and he nods shakily, but then his head whips up to stare daggers at Cedrone, the man who has cut promos and called him out week after week to a boiling point. Cedrone goes to lift Holiday up into the ring, but Holiday cuts him off with a rake to the eye, and hanging him up on the top rope. Now, Holiday stands on the apron, basking in the renewed heat from the crowd. Chris Avery: I think Holiday needs to stay focused! Billy: When is he ever not focused? Focused on being annoying af.
The referee warns Holiday that he will not tolerate this sort of thing during this match, but Holiday blatantly ignores him as enters the ring, going right back after Cedrone with a few stomps and clubs to the back. Holiday lifts Cedrone back up and puts in a facelock. before driving the back of Cedrone’s head into the canvas with an inverted DDT. Holiday is back on his feet and almost immediately goes for an elbow drop, but Cedrone rolls out of the way. Yes, the inverted DDT hit its mark, but it was certainly not going to keep Cedrone down for very long. Cedrone gets back up onto his feet within milliseconds of Holiday’s elbow bouncing off the canvas and delivers a sharp kick to Holiday’s chest as he reaches a kneeling position. Holiday winces, winded from the thrust of Cedrone’s foot. He goes for a second, but this time Holiday catches his foot and twists it sharply, throwing Cedrone off his feet. Holiday clambers to his feet, slapping an ankle lock in place. Cedrone grimaces as Holiday tries to twist the ankle like a stubborn bottle cap. Cedrone is able to grab a hold of the nearest rope, yet Holiday hauls Cedrone back into the center of the ring before the referee can force Holiday to break the hold. Not yielding to Holiday’s early submission hold, Cedrone tries to fold his head and neck beneath his torso, succeeding in flipping himself over and sending Holiday flying into the ropes with a helpful shove from his free boot. Holiday stops himself from full impact, and braces himself there in the corner, blinking and thinking what he must have to do. As he turns, he is met with a full powered splash from Cedrone, who had charged all the way from the opposite corner at full speed. Holiday stumbles forwards a little, Cedrone leads him towards the center of the ring before delivering a vicious lariat to Holiday. Cedrone goes for a swift cover… Chris Avery: Cedrone is firing on all cylinders, he wants that US Title back in a big way! ONE!TW--KICKOUT!!
Cedrone is undeterred. Lifting Holiday into the air with a headlock applied, Cedrone delivers a swift yet elegant suplex before spinning himself back onto his feet and connecting with a second in perfect sequence. Once more, Cedrone spins to his feet with the headlock still in place. As Cedrone goes for the third successive suplex, Holiday weaves his leg behind Cedrone’s, effectively blocking the move. Holiday and Cedrone struggle, trying to reposition their arms before Holiday delivers an elbow to the side of Cedrone’s head. Seizing the moment, Holiday sends Cedrone floating over his head with a butterfly suplex! Holiday gets back up onto his feet in a matter of seconds and glares at Cedrone, pacing around him and stomping his limbs Garvin-style. Holiday hits the ropes and runs full bore towards Cedrone. He suddenly springs up and rotates his whole body, his legs swinging like one solid pendulum and clocks Cedrone right in the temple with a spinning wheel kick. Cedrone is dazed, but by no means out as he scrambles back up to his feet. Holiday jumps into the air and looks to hit a dropkick, but Cedrone quickly evades and allows Holiday to crash to the mat. However, Holiday is able to land in a crouched position rather than flat onto his stomach or spine. Cedrone climbs back to his feet and drags Holiday up with him before he pushes him into the ropes. He unloads on Holiday with a forearm shot to the jaw, but Holiday counters with one of his own that sends Cedrone back a few steps. Cedrone goes for another forearm, but is blocked by Doc who sends Cedrone to the ground with another stiff shot to the face. Cedrone scrambles to his feet only to be kneed in the midsection and nailed with a half nelson suplex that leaves him rocked in the middle of the ring. Holiday grabs the King of Sexy by the back of the neck before he sends him chest first into the turnbuckles and watches as Cedrone collapses to the ground from the pain. Cedrone struggles to get up to his feet only for Holiday to nail him with an uppercut that knocks Cedrone completely silly, stumbling back into the ropes. Holiday then shoots him off with an irish whip and goes for a clothesline only for Jonny to duck it. Doc turns around to find Cedrone on the middle rope and goes for a springboard moonsault on Holiday. However, Holiday is ready for Cedrone and ducks, it only for Cedrone to also be ready, land on his feet... and Holiday is met in the face with a vicious headbutt! Holiday crumbles to one knee. Chris Avery: Make no mistake about it, Cedrone is a heavy hitter! Billy: I still think we need to check his gloves for lead, asbestos, horseshoes, SOMETHING!
Cedrone delivers a right hand to Holiday before whipping him into the turnbuckle, chasing him and splashing him almost immediately. He repeats the process, whipping him into the opposite corner and splashing him again within a split second. He goes for a larger irish whip this time, yet still towards the opposite turnbuckle. Holiday is hurled across the ring, but he plants a boot on the second turnbuckle as if to stop himself from sustaining any further damage. Cedrone stalks Holiday, motioning as though he’s ready to go for the Ace In the Hole, but as Cedrone begins to charge at Holiday, the US champ spins on his heel and steps into Cedrone’s charge, clasping him in position before hitting a complete shot! Holiday hooks the leg… ONE!TW--KICKOUT!!
Holiday, frustrated, snarls and shakes his head at the temerity of his opponent. He slaps Cedrone several times as he goes to pull him up. Holiday reaches down picking Cedrone up by the head before delivering another solid right hand before shooting Cedrone towards a set of buckles, Holiday charges in after Cedrone, Cedrone side steps Holiday at the last possible second which sends Holiday sternum first off the buckles, Cedrone quickly latches on to a back waist lock before hurling Holiday backwards with a release German suplex. Cedrone works his way to his feet where he shakes off the damage done by Holiday. Cedrone comes forward picking Holiday up off the mat before sending Holiday across the ring and into a set of buckles. Cedrone charges across the ring and takes Holiday's head clean off with a Clothesline from Hell. Cedrone reaches his feet where he's met with a shocking ovation from the crowd, who are chanting "THIS IS AWESOME". Cedrone looks at Gloria, who exhorts him to close this match out, and Cedrone goes for a cover... Chris Avery: Royal Flush! Cedrone is trying to punch his ticket to Match Madness, round two! ONE!TWO!!THR--KICKOUT!!!Cedrone can't believe it when he looks up, he asks the referee if it was two. He shakes his head in disappointment. However, when he goes to reach down, Holiday pulls him over and sinks in a high angle Fujiwara armbar. Cedrone shrieks in pain as Holiday puts his weight onto the point of the shoulder and side of the ribs, pulling the arm up, possibly softening him up for the Million Dollar Scream. After several agonizing seconds in the hold, and Holiday leaning back to apply yet more pressure, Cedrone begins using his free elbow, to ram in across the gulf to nail Holiday in the back of the head. The strategy works, Holiday releases the arm, but then Holiday clubs Cedrone across the back of the head. He snarls angrily, going to lift Cedrone up and applying the Eye of the Holiday as soon as he can, but Cedrone flings another elbow, making him back off. Cedrone rests by the ropes, shaking his arm out, fighting through the pain. Holiday keeps coming after him like a Terminator, honing in now that he sees a possible weakness to exploit, and the crowd is actually chanting "THIS IS WAR", in tribute to the US champ. Holiday is back on his feet, but Cedrone is still on his knees clutching his jaw. Holiday charges at Cedrone and jumps into the air, driving the heel of his boot right into the side of Cedrone’s head with a running curb stomp. Holiday immediately sinks to all fours, winded after expending this much energy in this grueling match, but it was worth it for him because Cedrone has been flattened. After grimacing and holding his ribs for a few seconds Holiday makes another cover. ONE!Two... THR--KICKOUT!!!
Holiday runs his hands through his hair, yet he hardly seems surprised that Cedrone had kicked out. He instead lifts up Cedrone, grabbing him from the side and attempting pull him into a crippler crossface again, but they are both close to the ropes. As Cedrone is being lifted up, his arm shoots out to the left and grabs a rope, Cedrone then continues the backward momentum. In one smooth move Cedrone keeps Holiday going down with a Russian legsweep! The crowd goes crazy because they've never seen the Million Dollar Scream countered so innovatively. Cedrone capitalizes by pulling Holiday up and feeding him into a dragon screw neck whip, rocking the champion severely! The crowd is in absolute shock now. Cedrone, having expended energy in such a burst, breathes heavily down on the mat while Holiday just blinks his eyes, insensate. Finally, Cedrone crawls over for a cover... Chris Avery: Holiday trying to pull Cedrone down..... No! Cedrone powers out of it and sweeps Holiday down! Now ROLL THE DICE! ONE!TWO!!THR--KICKOUT!!!Chris Avery: Back and forth they've battled hard, knowing only one man can go to the second round of Match Madness, and only one man can walk out of here United States champion!
Cedrone doesn't waste time bitching and crying about not getting the three. Instead he gets to his feet and, feeling a surge of energy, slowly climbs towards the top rope. He turns to look at Holiday before setting his feet, and simply attempting a rare frog splash . Holiday rolls towards the turnbuckle at the last moment, barely missing the frog splash that Cedrone had tried to hit Holiday with. Unsurprisingly, Cedrone hits chest first, and bounces up, pushing up to all fours and groaning in pain, holding his ribs. Cedrone looks back with his eyes reaching the furthest corners of his eyes… but he stumbles to his feet, feeling the effects of the missed splash, and holding his ribs and sternum, only to turn around and get creamed by a spinning backfist from his opponent! Billy: Now if you don't have a ton of top rope moves in your arsenal, why would you get a wild hair up your ass to go flying at this stage in the game?? Chris Avery: That's why it's a high risk move! The stakes of the match are pushing Cedrone to close this out strongly!
Cedrone is knocked so loopy by the backfist that he stumbles away, and totters on spaghetti legs, falling into the ropes, and when he stumbles back in to the center of the ring, Holiday is standing ready, and lets fly with a savate kick! Chris Avery: There's the cover!! ONE!TWO!!THRR--NO! NO! NO!
CEDRONE KICKED OUT! CEDRONE KICKED OUT! Billy: Cedrone is cutting it fine right there, but he kicked out at 2.9!
Holiday clearly looks bewildered by what has just happened as he instinctively pushes himself up onto his knees. Even when he has been grounded by such a forceful move, any wrestler knows that he needs to pick himself up off the mat as quickly as possible. Cedrone Cedrone, therefore, is already up in a seated position. Holiday walks over and angrily pushes him back down with his boot. He gives Cedrone a few harsh soccer kicks to the chest. Cedrone is still in too much pain to do anything except eat them, wincing in pain as he takes each one. Holiday reaches around, lifting Cedrone up by the hair, and then he reaches all the way around to drive in a slap to the face but Cedrone intercepts the arm, turns Holiday around in a circle and DROPS him! Diamond cutter! Diamond cutter! The crowd pops huge for the Ace In The Hole. Cedrone, grimacing and heaving his chest muscles, tries to will his body to move faster. Holiday is blinking like he doesn't know what just happened. Cedrone goes for a cover! ONE!TWO!!THRR--NO!!! HOLIDAY KICKS OUT!!!
Cedrone pushes himself up and Holiday starts rolling over, stunned and a glazed look in his eyes. Cedrone stares at Holiday, and then his gaze goes over to Gloria, who is absolutely shook. Cedrone runs his hands over his face, knowing that he has to finish this out, because his entire quest since he's been back has been chasing the US title; But here, in the fourth quarter, he's a bit shook up by the will and temerity of the unlikely babyface champion. Cedrone starts getting fired up, showing that dark side, and gets to his feet, swearing and slapping Holiday over the back of the head, once, twice, shouting at him to get to his feet! But suddenly, Cedrone slaps once too often, as his hand sweeps down, but Holiday catches it, and pulls the arm down and drags Cedrone to the mat, before locking in a crossface! Oh no! It's clasped on too tight, and Cedrone's eyes bug out of his head as Holiday pulls back on the crossface!! Chris Avery: MILLION DOLLAR SCREAM! MILLION DOLLAR SCREAM APPLIED!! Billy: It's been teased a few times before in this match, Chekhov had us at gunpoint here!!
The crowd is loving it, chanting "TAP, TAP, TAP, TAP" exuberantly as the referee asks Cedrone if he gives up. Cedrone, the look of panic written onto his face, looks over and shakes his head no. Several intense moments go by and Cedrone and Holiday are locked in this embrace, Holiday having sweat running down his face from exertion. He yells for Cedrone to give up over and over, and Cedrone won't. Cedrone is actually trying to get out of it, and he's pushed himself up so that he's starting to get to a kneeling position. Holiday, obviously can't keep the full crossface in, it's more like a chinlock at this point, but he hangs on as tenaciously as he can to the bigger man. Cedrone finally is able to get to one knee, then shift Holiday over to drop back, squashing the smaller man into the mat with a sidewalk slam and fully breaking the hold. His face beet red, Cedrone gasps and spends a few precious seconds on the mat, trying to recover precious spent energy in big gasps, shaking his arm out. Then, he slowly looks over at Holiday, hate and disdain all over his demeanor as he gets to his feet, peeling a winded Holiday off the mat, and crushing him with a quick, over and done Mic Check. Chris Avery: There is is, the Cash Out, Cedrone has finally done it! ONE!TWO!!THRRR-- HOLIDAY GETS HIS FOOT ON THE ROPES!! Chris Avery: NO. Billy: WHAT. Chris Avery: ADVKCSSKH I DON'T BELIEVE IT!
THE FANS ERUPT! Cedrone has the referee by the collar and is urging him that the count should have stood. The argument continues and begins to elevate as Cedrone threatens the referee with a pointed finger, poking him in the chest. But the referee retorts with a pointed finger of his own, threatening to end this match with disqualification as a result of this disrespect. Billy: Don’t lose your head, Cedrone, or you're going to turn this into a handicap match between you, Holiday and the referee: Chris Avery: Cedrone is livid, he thought he had it won and he had won the US title, but Holiday refuses to die!!
Gloria is trying to callm Cedrone down, get him to stay focused, but the emotion is getting to Cedrone and he is furious that he wasn't awarded the win. All of a sudden, before Cedrone can bury himself any further in the referee's eyes Holiday grabs Cedrone and whips him around, and plants him with a snap DDT that leaves Cedrone sprawled out across the mat. Holiday wastes no time, other than a couple of seconds to ensure that he doesn’t lose his focus, to set himself on the top rope, gauge Cedrone's positioning, and come off the top rope with a 630 senton! Chris Avery: 187!! THE 187 CONNECTS!!! ONE!TWO!!THRRR--KICKOUT!!!
Holiday falls back off of Cedrone onto his back, having expended so much energy that he can't move. Both men are dripping with sweat, breathing shallowly, and not able to move, and several long moments pass by and the referee starts getting concerned, and starts counting them both out... 1... 2... 3... 4... both men start rolling over... 5... 6.... Both men start crawling on their hands and knees, but they are both looking shell shocked... 7... 8... both men slowly get to their feet, and Holiday throws a punch, then Cedrone answers with a punch! Chris Avery: WHO WILL TAKE THE ADVANTAGE??
Punch from Holiday. Punch from Cedrone.
Punch from Holiday. Punch from Cedrone.
Punch from Holiday. Punch from Cedrone.
Punch from Holiday. Punch from Cedrone.
Punch from Holiday. Punch from Holiday.
Forearm from Holiday. Forearm from Holiday.
Roaring back elbow from Holiday.
Forearm from Holiday.
Roaring forearm from Holiday.
Billy: SHITFIRE!!!
Cedrone crumbles to the mat. Holiday drops down and rolls him over, hooking the leg.
ONE!
TWO!!
THR--
KICKOUT!!!
Billy: WHAT?! HOW?!
Chris Avery: LOOK IN HIS EYES! WHAT DO YOU SEE?! CEDRONE IS OUT!
Billy: HE'S JUST AS FAR IN AS HE'LL EVER BE OUT! THAT'S HOW MUCH THAT UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP MEANS TO HIM, PAL!
Holiday pulls Cedrone up off the mat to a standing position. Cedrone shoves Holiday out of the way and goes for a clothesline from hell, but Holiday ducks it and hooks Cedrone from behind. In one swift motion, he turns an atomic drop suplex into a cutter and the fucking building explodes.
HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! Billy: DID HE JUST --
Chris Avery: HE SURE DID!!!
Billy: FALL! FROM!! ASGARD!!!
Chris Avery: THERE'S THE COVER!!!
ONE!
TWO!!
THREE!!!
DING DING DING
Ethan Miller: The winner of this match... aaaaand STILL... Action Wrestling United Sta -- Billy: WHAT THE HECK IS THIS?!!
Lights flicker throughout the arena, and then the ActionTron lights up with a scrolling text... Futile to resist!
You know why we have come!
Futile to resist!
The battle is...
ALREADY WON! The lights come back on and Odin Balfore is standing face-to-face with Doc Holiday. Billy: SHITFIRE! Chris Avery: THE NORDIC TANK!! THE ALL FATHER!! SE7EN GOD!! UNWANTED!! ODIN BALFORE IS BACK!!!
Odin lunges forward and grabs Doc by the throat. Before he can wreck him with Ragnarok, Doc smashes Odin's arm with the United States Championship and he escapes unscathed. The fans go fucking wild as Odin stands tall in the middle of the ring.

...
The camera cuts to the parking lot outside of the Greensboro Coliseum, on the far perimeter of the lot where parking is sparse. There is a street lamp washing this edge of the parking lot with an orange halo, and underneath it, there is a dilapidated, scorched, vintage 1950's ice cream truck, it's many decals peeling off. He waits. Finally, the ignition stutters to life, and the exhaust belches cloying, thickly oiled smoke as the ice cream truck screeches and groans as if it is coming apart, but it starts to move, exiting it's cockeyed space. The tinkling of the horns atop the ice cream truck are playing a piano version of "Turkey In The Straw". The ice cream truck rumbles out of the parking lot.

The Elite vs. The New Brotherhood(c)
Pyro blasts off as Limp Bizkit's Douchebag hits and X-Rated comes out hopping up and down telling the crowd to suck his you know what as he's moving his hands up and down towards his crotch. Trent Hunter comes out following right behind him with his arms out wide with a black duster jacket and he takes the hood off as they stand on the top of the ramp and pyro blasts off once more behind them! Ethan Miller: At a combined weight of 300 plus pounds, from Las Vegas, Nevada they are known as the greatest tag team of all time, X-RATED AND TRENT HUNTER! THE ELLLITTEEE!!
They come down the ramp pointing at fans and laughing at them as X-Rated stops and hits on a MILF but then backs away at her disgusting teeth and meth looking face. X-Rated runs and passes Hunter and slides into the ring as Trent climbs up the steps and into the ring. They both stand in the ring and taunt together as more pyro blasts off the ring posts. X-Rated gives the universal sign for getting that slop top as Hunter just laughs at the disgusting fans as they go into a corner. Billy: Finally, the New Brotherhood’s Days as Champion are numbered as the Greatest Tag Team in the history of Professional Athletic Sports and Entertainment. Chris Avery: This match is going to be a highly contested one. And let me extrapolate on that for a moment…
Golden letters N and B hover over each other and separate to read NEW BROTHERHOOD as the deep driving guitar riff of “Cold” by Static X blasts through the arena and the entrance ramp fills with smoke as the silhouette of a man with his arms spread appears through the mist. Kevin Bishop steps forward still with his arms wide and the AW Tag Team Championship belt around his waist. Cipher shows up behind him with his title raised with both hands over their heads. “WE KISS…THE STARS… WE WRITHE… WE ARE!!!!”
Ethan Miller: And introducing the Action Elite Tag Team Champions of the WORLD!!!! Kevin Bishop… Cipher… THE NEW BROTHERHOOD!!!!!
Bishop and Cipher make their way down the entrance ramp accepting the stretched out arms of the fans. As they get to the ring Bishop deftly hops onto the apron and spreads his arms out again as Cipher raises his belt in the air and both titles appear to sit atop one another before Cipher rolls into the ring with his partner. Chris Avery: The Elite have proved themselves over and over again within the annals of time, and since joining Action Wrestling has been dominant in their short tenure here. Billy: As much as I want them to win, The New Brotherhood have been the most dominant tag team in Action Wrestling over the past 9 months. Taking the titles from Cedrone and Angelo, a man who’s now the World Champion of Action Wrestling. Chris Avery: Tag Team wrestling and singles competition are two completely different monsters, and both these teams have learned how to tame this beast. DING DING DING
As the referee signals for the bell to start the match, Cipher and X Rated stand face-to-face in the center of the ring, their eyes locked in a tense stare-down. The crowd buzzes with anticipation. Suddenly, Cipher makes the first move, lunging forward with lightning speed to initiate a collar-and-elbow tie-up. X Rated reacts swiftly, matching Cipher's intensity as they jockey for position in the ring. After a brief struggle, Cipher manages to gain the upper hand, using his superior leverage to force X Rated back against the ropes. But X Rated refuses to back down, digging deep and unleashing a flurry of strikes to regain control. Cipher throws X-Rate hard to the ground then runs to the ropes. X-Rated sits up and is met with a running sitdown dropick. Cipher runs off the side ropes and jumps off with a mid rope moonsault that is caught by X-Rated and quickly turned into a rollup pin attempt. ONE!
Cipher rolls it over ONE!
X Rated bursts out of the hold and quickly gets to his feet before Cipher. X runs to the ropes. Cipher ducks down. Billy: Rookie move.
X hops over and goes for a pin attempt on Cipher. ONE!
TWO!!
Cipher rolls out and reverses the pin. ONE!
TWO!!
X Pushed him off and Cipher lands on his feet, goes for a spinning kick and X lays back and rolls to the his corner where Trent tags himself in. Chris Avery: What a display that was. The crowd is showing their appreciation.
Cipher stares at Trent and cracks his knuckles. Trent points over at Bishop. Cipher points to Kevin and Trent nods. He looks at Bishop who puts his hand out. Cipher looks to the crowd and they roar in acceptance. Cipher raises his hand and tags in Bishop to a huge pop from the audience. Bishop gets in like a man possessed and rubs his beard as he and Trent circle each other. As they make the 180 around the ring Trent punches Cipher knocking him off the apron. While the ref is distracted X reaches over and grabs Bishop from behind and Trent runs to the corner and delivers a massive running knee to the restrained Bishop. Cipher rolls into the ring which does nthing but increase the double team assault on the opposite corner of the ring. X climbs to the top rope as Trent holds Bishop open for a flying double axehandle off the top rope sending Bishop to the floor. Cipher gets out of the ring as Bishop is prone on the ground and Trent goes for a cover. ONE!
TWO!!
KICKOUT!!!Billy: What is this?
Cipher has dropped from the apron and run to the opposite side of the ring and pulled X-Rated off his side and the two start brawling on the outside of the ring. The referee shouts at them but it does nothing. Trent leans over the top rope and starts shouting too before bellowing an audible “MY BALLS!” when Bishop delivers a low blow from behind. Meanwhile Cipher is smashing X Rated’s head into the announce table. Cipher climbs to the top rope and measures X Rated. Then he jumps down with a flying smash into the table below. The empty table collapses underneath as X Rated rolls off. Bishop wastes no time and dives off the apron with a flying clothesline to X Rated outside of the ring before throwing him over the barricade into the crowd. Trent Jumps down and grabs Cipher, lifts up his near lifeless body and throws him over the barricade into the crowd. Bishop and Trent look at each other before running full speed ahead and delivering a double clothesline to each other leaving both men laying on the ground. Chris Avery: The referee has lost all control of this match. Billy: He just started counting. 1…
2…
3…Cipher and X Rated roll back over the barricade. Cipher stands atop it and runs across to where X is and dives towards him. X is so quick he delivers a superkick to the flying Cipher knocking him prone to the ground. 4…
5…
6…Bishop has gotten to his feet and grabs X by the back of the head and throws him into the ring and follows suit to stop the count. X gets to his feet but is being relentlessly pursued by Bishop and traps himself in a corner where Bishop delivers precisions strikes to his head and midsection. Meanwhile the referee continues the count. 7…
8…
9…Billy: Trent Hunter is the legal man. The feree is still counting. Chris Avery: I don’t think Bishop realizes that.
Trent rolls into the ring holding a steel chair. The referee tries to stop him and holds him back. The commotion causes Bishop to turn around and see what’s happening just in time for Trent to break free of the referee and come charging at him with a chair strike. Bishop ducks out of the way and Trent nails X on the top of the head with the steel chair. Trent turns around and is met with a spinning heel kick to the chair which hits himself in the head. Billy: This match has turned into utter bedlam!
Cipher rolls into the ring with a steel chair of his own and charges towards the corner where Trent and X are. Trent regains his composure first and pulls X out of the ring. The bell starts ringing. Cipher drops the chair and climbs to the top rope and dives down on top of the two members of the Elite who catch him. Bishop runs off the side of the ropes and returns with a suicide dive over the top rope onto all 3 men leaving all four of them laying on the ground motionless for a moment as the bell continues to ring. Chris Avery: The ref is signaling the end of the match. DING DING DING
All four men slowly get to their feet and officials come down to keep them separated. Billy: What’s the call on this match? Do we have a winner?
Bishop breaks free and starts attacking X Rated. Trent breaks free and attacks Cipher. All four men march down the entrance ramp punching, and scratching and clawing at each other as a number of suited men try to separate them the entire time. Ethan Miller: Ladies and Gentleman, the result of this match is a DOUBLE DISQUALIFICATION. As there was no clear winner the NEW BROTHERHOOD remain ACTION WRESTLING TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS! Billy: That’s what they wanted this whole time. They knew that they couldn’t beat the Elite fairly so they made this double DQ happen. Chris Avery: I think it’s just a symptom of two head strong teams with passion and intensity letting things get out of control. The Elite were the first ones to bring a chair into the ring. Billy: But Bishop delivered the low blow first. Chris Avery: Well The Elite were the first to interfere. Billy: That’s just tag team 101 taking advantage of an opportunity! Chris Avery: Well I guess that fault will be left up to the discretion of the viewer. All I can say at this point is that the New Brotherhood maintain their stranglehold on the AW tag division and I venture to guess that this won’t be the end of this rivalry. Billy: Not by a long shot.

#1 Contender World Championship Jaice Wilds vs. Roman Gunn Billy: Don't panic, y'all. Y'all ain't crazy. That really does say that Jaice Wilds is in a World Championship Contendership Match. Chris Avery: In the year of our Lord 2024, no less. My how the turntables– Billy: … Chris Avery: … Billy: Aight then.
The opening chords of “UltraNUMB” by Blu Stahli fills the arena as the lights go dark. Several flashes of blue and green lights illuminate various parts of the arena and entrance ramp to the beat of the song, all stopping with a cascade falling at the top center as Blue Stahli screams… YOU WANT IT ALL RIGHT NOW!!!
At this point, the fans begin roaring as Jaice Wilds is spotted on a platform a few feet above the ramp. He raises his arms into an X, taking a moment to watch the crowd respond in kind before… 3! 2! 1!
Wilds flips forward off the platform, landing superhero style on the ramp below. He looks up, removing the hood from his face and tossing his shades into the crowd. He starts down the ramp– Billy: SHITFIRE!! ISARA!!
Before Jaice can even get down the ramp, he gets clobbered from behind by Isara of the Samoan Dynasty. Jaice pushes up from the ramp and Isara stomps on his back, sending him back into the steel ramp. As Jaice starts to push up again, Isara wraps his towel around Jaice's throat. Chris Avery: This heinous attack is shades of Monday Night Clash! Billy: All Roman Gunn wants is to be acknowledged… and to be World Champion! Jaice Wilds is a roadblock on both fronts! Chris Avery: Well said, Billy. Billy: Thanks, pal. I got my moments.
Isara turns Jaice toward the stage and– “ON YOUR KNEES, DOG!”
The fans recognize the voice of Tobias Hoffman and they fill the arena with a chorus of boos. “King of Kings” starts up and Tobias Hoffman walks through the curtain. He stares deep into the very soul of Jaice Wilds for a moment, until Roman Gunn slowly walks out from backstage. Billy: Ol’ Jaice is off to a rough start, and the match ain't even start yet!
Roman foregoes looking around the arena, and he keeps his attention on Jaice instead. Isara drags Jaice up using the towel, and Roman charges toward them. Isara lets go of Jaice just in time for Roman to obliterate him with a spear. Chris Avery: WHAT A RECKLESS MANEUVER!!! JAICE COULD BE CONCUSSED FROM THAT IMPACT!!!
Roman's walking around music dies down. He gets to his feet and now he looks out at the fans, who are none too pleased with his actions. FUCK YOU, ROMAN! 👏👏👏👏👏 FUCK YOU, ROMAN! 👏👏👏👏👏 FUCK YOU, ROMAN! 👏👏👏👏👏 FUCK YOU, ROMAN! 👏👏👏👏👏 FUCK YOU, ROMAN! 👏👏👏👏👏 Billy: I'm with y'all, y'all! Chris Avery: Roman Gunn will stop at nothing on his quest to be acknowledged!
Roman commands Isara to take the trash to the ring. Isara does as he's told. He scrapes Jaice off of the steel and fireman's carries him down the ramp, as Roman and Tobias slowly make their way down the ramp. Roman smugly looks at the fans at ringside, who paid damn good money to watch him destroy Jaice. Billy: I don't like this one bit, pal. Roman's lookin’ to have an easy night.
Isara gets to the ring and he gorilla press tosses Jaice over the ropes, sending him crashing onto the canvas. Roman slowly walks up the steps and gets into the ring, where the referee is already checking on Jaice. Chris Avery: Tobias Hoffman is commanding the referee to start this match, but he's rightly concerned about Jaice Wilds’ well-being.
Roman grabs the ref by his shirt collar, and demands the match start. Fearing for his own safety, he calls for the opening bell. DING DING DING
Roman shoves the ref out of the way and he slowly goes to the mat next to Jaice, before covering him with one hand. ONE!
KICKOUT!!Billy: WHAT?! JAICE IS ALIVE?! Chris Avery: AND SO ARE THE FANS!!
Roman shakes his head and pulls Jaice up to a seated position. He then stands behind Jaice and slaps the back of his head, to a thunderous reaction of boos from the fans. Billy: I don't like Jaice's chances here, pal. Even with the fans behind him, he's only human, ya know.
Roman grabs Jaice by the back of his neck, dragging him up from the mat. Roman pauses and soaks up the hatred from the fans, before throwing Jaice to the ropes. Roman then catches Jaice on the rebound with a pop up – Billy: LOCKED AND LOA – NO! JAICE COUNTERS WITH A GOTDANG HURRICANRANAAAA!!!
The fans come alive for their guy Jaice, who slowly gets up using the ropes. Roman gets to his feet and he is angered. He charges at Jaice and he spears the motherfucker through the ropes. Both motherfuckers crash violently to the floor outside of the ring. Isara goes to help Roman up, but he is pushed away by the big dog. Roman pulls himself up using the side of the ring and he tells Tobias to load him up. Chris Avery: What’s going on here?!
Tobias reaches into his jacket pocket and he hands a weighted glove to Roman. Chris Avery: Oh! We’ve seen this before!
Roman puts the weighted glove on his hand, and watches as Jaice pulls himself up using the side of the ring. When Jaice turns around, Roman takes flight for the superman pun – Billy: SUPERGUNN PUN – OH SHITFIRE!! JAICE MOVED OUT THE WAY!! ROMAN JUST SUPERGUNN PUNCHED THE FUCK OUT OF THE GOTDANG RING POST!!
HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! HO-LY SHIT! Roman yells out in bitter agony, as Tobias and Isara surround him. They start to pull the weighted glove off of his hand, but quickly realize that his hand might be broken. Chris Avery: Oh this isn’t looking good for Roman Gunn! Billy: NEITHER IS THAT! JAICE OUTTA NOWHERE WITH THE XTREME DREAM, PAL!!!
Indeed. Jaice connected with a crescent kick directly to the bridge of Roman’s nose. Roman hits the floor and Jaice leans on the side of the ring, still feeling the effects of the strong spears from Roman. Chris Avery: He can’t win the match from out there. And, hey, I just realized the ref hasn’t been counting them out! Billy: That’s some lazy writing. Chris Avery: Huh? Billy: Huh? Chris Avery: … Billy: …
Jaice staggers forward and drags Roman up, as Tobias and Isara back up. Jaice rolls Roman into the ring and he slides in, covering and hooking Roman’s leg. ONE!
TWO!!
THR–
KICKOUT!!!Billy: HOW THE HECK DID HE KICK OUT OF THE XTREME DREAM?! Chris Avery: ACKNOWLEDGE HIM!!!
Jaice sits up and he puts his hands behind his head, beside himself at Roman’s insistence of kicking the heck out. Jaice reaches down and he drags Roman up. He hooks Roman, and looks out at the adoring crowd. Billy: THIS IS IT!! ORDO AB – OH NO!!
Roman overpowers Jaice and shoves him to the ropes. He goes for a spear, but Jaice leap frogs over him. When Roman turns around, he eats a crescent kick directly to the bridge of his nose. Chris Avery: XTREME DREAM!!
Roman hits the canvas, and Jaice is quick to follow through. He pulls Roman up and hooks Roman, then hits him with a reverse space tornado ogawa. Billy: ORDOOOO AB KAOOOO!!! Chris Avery: THERE’S THE COVER!!! ONE!
TWO!!
THREE!!!DING DING DING
“UltraNUMB” starts up and the fans go fucking bonkers. Ethan Miller: The winner of this match… aaaaand NEW number one contender for the Action Wrestling World Championship… JAICE! WIIIIIIIILLLLLLDSSSS!!!!!! Billy: HE DONE IT!! HE DONE IT!! HE DONE IT!! Chris Avery: JAICE WILDS IS ONE STEP CLOSER TO BECOMING WORLD CHAMPION! IN THE YEAR 2024! Billy: WHAT AN EXCITING TIMELINE TO BE A PART OF, PAL!

Main Event Tatiana Jolee vs. Teo Blaze vs. Gerard Angelo(c) Billy: What a wild night so far, pal! And it ain't even over yet! Chris Avery: Indeed! The icing on this magnificent cake is a triple threat for the Action Wrestling World Championship!
The lights begin flashing wildly, alternating between plain white light and dark red shades, as a haunting, almost sinister sound fills the arena. Suddenly, a roaring guitar riff echoes throughout the arena as a crash of static appears on the screens, followed by a message: Technical Difficulties, Please do not Adjust your Set.
Then, without warning, the static is consumed by a smiling, dark red face as the ramp lights up with a burst of flame! The instant the flames fade, standing in the center, as though the flames themselves had summoned him, is Teo Blaze. He wears a bright red and gold mask over his face, matching the face that appeared on the tron moments ago. He turns towards the ring, his head hanging slightly to one side limply, even unnaturally, then slowly, he reaches up, and with his left hand...he removes the mask to reveal his face, an expression of wild abandon etched across it, a crooked smile showing a row of bright teeth. With a sinister laugh, he begins walking purposefully towards the ring, his eyes wild with anticipation- yet there is a determined swagger in his step, and as he walks up the stairs to the ring, he holds out the mask in front of him with one hand, the smile on his face matching the mask's smile perfectly. Finally, he steps into the ring, stretching loosely and preparing for the match. Billy: Teo Blaze just might be CruiserClash's hottest star! And tonight, he's got a shot at being the top guy in Action Wrestling!
The guitar opening of “Plowed” by Sponge begins to bellow out over the P.A system bringing the attention to the stage as the lights strobe as if in sync with the tempo of the song. Will I wake up, some dream I made up No, I guess it's reality What will change us, or will we mess up Our only chance to connect with a dream -KA-BOOM!-
The fireworks explode off the top of the tron bringing the end to the strobes as a spotlight illuminates the figure of Tatiana Jolee standing there. Dressed in her blackout ring attire with matching boots and pads - her hair is pulled up in a bun and she has a black leather jacket with the Canadian flag on the back. Will I wake up, some dream I made up No, I guess it's reality What will change us, or will we mess up Our only chance to connect with a dream
Say a prayer for me (Say a prayer for me) Say a prayer for me
Say a prayer for me (Say a prayer for me) I'm buried by the sound
Of a world of human wreckage In a world of human wreckage In a world of human wreckage
Where I'm lost and I'm found, and I can't touch the ground I'm plowed into the sound Ethan Miller: “Making her way to the ring, from Vancouver, British Columbia… TATIANA JOOOOOLEEEE!”
To see wide open with a head that's broken Hang a life on some tragedy Plow me under the ground that covers The message that is the seed After giving out a few high-fives and taking a couple of selfies with her fans along the ramp, TJ walks up the ring steps, gliding across the apron before entering the ring through the middle ropes. She gives the hard camera a smirk and a little wink while removing her jacket before settling into the corner to await the start of her match. Billy: She's been on a journey to regain the World Championship, and this could be her night, pal!
The arena’s lights go black, plunging the inside into darkness causing a nervous murmur to flush over the crowd. The ActionTron lights up suddenly, reflecting the night sky over water when stars start flying at the screen with the familiar orchestra music. They turn on the water and fly toward a familiar mountain with the sunrise behind it. The 21 stars form two-thirds of a circle over the mountain but instead of “Paramount”, the cursive font reads “Gerard Angelo” and the crowd fucking boos. “I CAN’T STOP!”
The lights start to flash as “STOP” repeats repeatedly from different speakers in the arena as the beat builds and then drops. BOOM
An explosion of gold fireworks goes off. “I CAN’T STOP!”
The house lights come back on as the hook of “Who Gon Stop Me” rings out through the jam-packed arena as the crowd continues to boo. The lights come back on as Kanye West’s voice serenades the people as they give loud boos, Gerard Angelo is shown standing on stage, back to the crowd, the hood of his hoodie pulled up, right arm raised above his head at an angle, one finger extended. The All-In briefcase is grasped by the handle in his other hand. He throws his hood back with his right hand and spins around to the crowd, the Action Wrestling World Championship strapped around his waist, the light shining off the faceplate as he extends one arm like he’s absorbing another wave of booing, the other holding the briefcase up, a cocky smirk etched across his face as he surveys the crowd behind his trademark sunglasses, He makes his way down to the ring slowly, brushing off fans and taunting them. Ethan Miller: From Hollywood, California, weighing in at 225 lbs, he is the Action Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion, the Living Legend, GERRRRRARD ANGELOOOOOOOOO!
He stops at the ring stairs, slaps the top step before climbing them, and walks to the center of the ring apron and pulls the World title off his waist. Gerard raises both the World Championship and the All-In briefcase up to the crowd. Angelo surveys the arena again to another round of boos, and poses, pyro exploding from the four ring posts. Gerard slips through the middle and top rope into the ring. He walks to the opposite ring post, setting the briefcase on the mat before leaping onto the second turnbuckle, raising the World title up to the crowd. Gerry points to the crowd before unzipping his hoodie, which gets more than a few ladies in the audience to scream out, pulling it off and pretending to toss it to the fans before just dropping it on the floor with a smirk. "The Hollywood Hero" hops down, sticking the briefcase in the corner and folding the World title up neatly ontop of the breifcase. He removes his sunglasses, placing them on top of the briefcase neatly before he leans back against the turnbuckles, mouthing off to the fans as he starts to stretch. Chris Avery: Gerard Angelo has been riding high since winning the title at Final Chapter! He's made a lot of enemies in such a short time!
