[It’s 8am in Flint, and we see Jody in a hoodie and jeans coming into a radio station called “The Flash 99.7” where he is greeted by the team of John, Robbie, and Tanya. As he gets to sit down next to the crew he puts on his headphones and speaks on the mic with the crew about his exploits in AW and other things.]
Robbie: Welcome to the show Jody, glad to be here this morning with us?
Jody: Yeah man, I am tired as a mug tho but fuck it.
Tanya: So Jody, we have a question to ask you, why wrestling?
Jody: Why wrestling?... simple, entertain the people and inspire them to do shit.
John: Aren’t you supposed to be the omega champion or something like that? We don’t see a belt on you!
Jody: I left that belt at the company's office, since I know they would kill me if I lost that thing.
[Then all four of them laugh, as Jody takes a sip of his bottle of water.]
Tanya: A man from the hood getting into a wrestling game, what a trip! I know you are down with John Black there, he once made a mixtape once ever thought about doing one with him?
Jody: I don’t know about that, he did tell me that he used to do that for fun. He said that it didn’t bring any attention to him once, so who knows?
John: I mean, there was some stuff he did put out there a year ago or so. We can’t play it, but if you fans are at home listening you can search it up on your own time. On that note, Jody, I hear that you gave away fifty tickets to the Final Chapter PPV at the local rec center, how did that go?
Jody: Well last week, before I went to Clash, JB and I decided to visit one of the rec centers I used to go to after school back in the day, and from there I had JB get me fifty tickets from the booth itself and from there we just gave them away to anyone who wanted to go to the show.
Robbie: That sounds pretty cool, a very nice thing to do.
Tanya: I agree with that one, so you wanted those people who you gave the tickets to an experience that they won’t forget right?
[Jody shook his head in silence with a smile on his face, then the station phone line rang and it was one of the callers who sounded like an old man, who was huffling as he spoke. Due to the caller being so negative on Jody’s sudden rise as Omega champion, Jody let off his piece of mind towards the caller.]
Jody: Well for your information sure, I win that belt in a fair fight last month or so ago. So don’t come blaming me for the degradation of the AW omega title scene.
Caller: WELL YOU LISTEN HERE YOU BETTER NOT COME BACK WITH THAT BELT ON YOU OR YOU WILL GET HANGED BY A NOOSE FROM A DRAUGR SUPPORTER, N*---
[Then they cut the call immediately as Jody had a look of anger on his face. Then they end up playing some top 40 songs as he gets out of the studio. Then Tanya comes out there to check on Jody.]
Tanya: Are you okay Jody? That caller seemed to go too deep on you.
Jody: Im ight i guess, he went too far and now I feel like I don’t want to be at that show if he’s talkin that shit to me.
Tanya: Look I don’t know what his issues are, but you don’t need to worry about that and do what you need to do. We thank you for your time, and you are free to head on your way.
[Jody then nodded his head and went out of the radio station into his car, as he was driving he drove up to a McDonalds drive through for a sandwich and a coffee. He gets his food from the drive thru and he parks his car in a secluded parking lot to eat alone. He then decides to pull out his phone to record himself after he is done with his food.]
Jody: Fuck, that was sooo stressful for me, i don’t like being confronted like that at all especially at a radio station. I guess someone in Flint doesn't like me as the champion of Omega at AW, hell who knows maybe others don’t want me to be the champion of Omega at all. Did I choose to be put in this position? Only those above can say and not myself. I could have been on my Jake The Snake non title run, but that didn't happen.
But honestly, fuck him, and those who don’t think I am the champion of Omega in AW. I might not be Roman Gunn, or even Draugr on my best days. I might not even come close to that respect I deserve but that too will come in time. I know me working with Draugr was something to behold and to that, I say it was worth it. But now it’s come to end that chapter between us, and move onto something else worth writing on about.
Dragur, I know you have something to prove and I do too, so hey if it turns out that person’s own fortune of you winning the belt is a reality, then I guess I can’t stop that fate. But, before that becomes a thing, I will beat the ever loving shit out of you that will make your own girl feel it by the next few centuries. I am going out for your dino blood on my shirt, and I will make sure that you and I will end our story… with me holding the belt at the end, maybe.
[It simply fades to black.]
