2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the Gator DRAUGR Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the gator meat until browned. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
Tomato Sauce: Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer the sauce for about 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Layer the Lasagna: In a baking dish, start layering your lasagna. Begin with a layer of the gator meat sauce, followed by a layer of cooked lasagna noodles. Add a layer of ricotta cheese and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Repeat the layers until you've used up all your ingredients, finishing with a generous layer of cheese on top.
Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
