The scene slowly fades in as we are just right outside of the Sanford Coyote Sports Center in Vermillion, South Dakota. All of a sudden a black 2022 GMC Denali truck pulls up almost to the front door. The engine shuts off and the door swings open. When the door closes we see that its one of Action Wrestling newest members, Shane Borderland. Shane walks around to the other side of the truck, opens the door and grabs a black Nike gym bag out and closes the door. He walks to the arena, opening the door to walk in. He begins walking through the halls looking around at the posters and the people setting up concession stands with a grin.
Shane Borderland- Im home....
Shane finds a sign that says locker rooms, so he begins walking towards that door. He walks in, sits his gym bag down on a table thats inside the room.
Shane Borderland- Finally back in my element. Just cant believe my first match back I have to team with that gargantuan, Odin Balfore.
Shane shakes his head as he rubs his beard.
Shane Borderland- Listen Odin. What happened in the past, well it stays in the past. Dangertainment is over, Cashe isn’t around, it’s just us. So the way I see it we can use what we know about one another to our advantage and kick these two idiots an ass kicking that they will never forget.
An evil smirk comes across his face.
Shane Borderland- So John Black and Joey Scala is our opponents this week huh? Well I have never heard of you two in my years of being a professional wrester. So im not going to try and learn you two now. All I know is that everyone around knows me or has heard the name. So listen up boys. Once that bell sounds off I am going to give you two the worst beating you have ever had. Im coming in wide fuckin’ open and there isn’t a damn thing anyone can do about it. See just because I am teaming up with someone that we left on different terms with doesn’t mean that we wont put our differences aside and come out victorious in this match up.
Shane walks over to the gym bag and unzips it, pulling out a Deer Park water. He twists the cap off and takes a sip.
Shane Borderland- All I care about is coming to Action Packed and making a name for myself here. I could care less about anyone or anything. Im going to come in here and prove my worth. I don’t want any handouts! All I want is to show everyone that I am the same man that I was the last time they seen me inside a ring. So don’t think just because I haven’t been inside the ring for almost ten years that I am going to be rusty. If you two numb skulls think that, well then you are in for a rude awakening. See Black and Scala, neither of you stand a chance against me, yet alone Odin Balfore. See I know a lot about my partner. We use to run together back in the day.
A slight grin comes across Shane’s face.
Shane Borderland- I know what this man is capable of. I have seen in first hand and not going to lie, I have felt it too. So with both of us in the ring teaming once more, I don't see the likes of you two slowing us down. See I know Odin doesn't to lose to you and I know for damn sure I will not lose to you. I have too much riding on this match. What do I have riding you may ask? Well i'm not coming back to professional wrestling to lose my first match to you two idiots. This is what is going to happen. Once that bell rings and I’m standing inside that ring, doesn’t matter who is in it with me. I am going to demolish anyone that stands in my path to success. See John, you may think since im new that you are going to beat my ass into the ground and you are your girlfriend of a partner are going to be victorious. Well news flash buddy! There is no way that you and your partner are going to come out the winners. You two never stood a chance and ill be damned if im going to let the likes of you two beat me in my first match back. Like I said, I have a lot riding in this match. This match sets the tone, the tone of my comeback. I plan on coming in and taking over! Showing everyone what I am made of and once again becoming a champion.
Shane smiles and he pats his shoulder, insinuating a championship belt laying across his shoulder.
Shane Borderland- So see boys! There is no way in hell that Odin and myself are going to lose this match. We won’t even break a sweat with you two. We are going to demolish the two of you and leave your bodies lying motionless in that ring. See that’s one thing that me and the big man are good at and that is leaving a trail of bodies wherever we go. We are really good at that if I have to say so myself.
Shane laughs a for a second.
Shane Borderland- So Odin. I know we had our differences in WCF. What do you say to leaving all that shit in the past and you and I go show these boys what being a true superstar is all about? Lets show these two scum bags that they don’t have anything compared to us. Let’s show them how two veterans do it. Let’s show this whole damn company what we are made of. Let’s set an example out of this John Black and Joey Scala. Let’s beat them to within an inch of their life and show everyone how we use to roll. I know its been years since I have stepped inside the ring and when the last time we saw each other , well it wasn’t the greatest of terms. But all aside, I don’t even care about any of that anymore. All I care about is coming into Action Packed and climbing straight up those ranks. See Odin, I don’t care how well you have done in Action Packed. I don’t care what you have been doing for the past ten years of your life while I was away. All I care is about is now! So I know you and I know that your going to bring everything you have to beat the hell out of these two. You’re just like me in that aspect Odin. You never hold back and you never will. See Odin, they don’t make men like they use to anymore. We came from a different era then these newer guys trying to make a name for themselves. There is nothing wrong trying to make a name for yourselves, by all means go ahead and try. But it wont be with this match I can guarantee you that!
Shane laughs.
Shane Borderland- See boys, you two are in for a world of pain once that bell rings. Im going to show you two how the Bad Boy really does it!
Shane grins as he takes another small sip of his water.
Shane Borderland- It feels amazing to be back! Feel great to know that I am going to give another punk an ass beating of their life! First match in almost ten years and I get deal punishment and also rekindle and old friendship, well maybe on the friendship but a definite punishment is going to be dished out. See you two really have no idea what you are in for. Odin and I have been around the game for quite sometime now. We have seen many come and go in this industry. But with the punishment we are about to deal out to you two, you will wish that you two should have just stayed home. See you there boys, better be prepared for the ass kicking of a lifetime. Odin, we’ll see you soon as well!
Shane looks deeply into the camera as it slowly begins to fade to black.
