The camera slowly fades into Karlie as she approaches a clear blue lake, sitting on the ground is a large contingent of her congregation. She sits on the ground in front of her congregation.
You were all lost, but were found, were blind but now you see.
Brothers and sisters we have come a long way in our journey together, we have forged a love for our Lord and savior together through his word.
The congregation sits and listens as Karlie speaks.
You have all been baptized into the church, you have all become my congregation, my family. Brothers and sisters, you were with me last week. I felt your presence as I disposed of Zara, as I disposed of Kitsumi. Brothers and sisters I thank-you. Let us pray.
Our Father, which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name;
Thy kingdom come;
Thy will be done
in earth, as it is in heaven:
Give us this day our daily bread;
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive them that trespass against us;
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil;
For thine is the kingdom,
the power, and the glory,
For ever and ever.
Karlie and Congregation: Amen.
After a rather lengthy silence, Karlie raised her head, then stood.
Brothers and sisters, rise.
The congregation rises.
Go now and continue to spread our message.
The congregation disperses, Karlie takes a deep breath.
Now back to the business at hand.
Several days later.
Karlie is running the ropes inside the newly constructed ring inside the Minnesota Fundamentalist Church compound gym. She stops as she notices a person entering.
You're late.
Sorry I overslept.
Whatever, you’ve actually been doing well in training, you had the fundamentals just not the proper training, and you’ve actually busted your butt that last few months.
Um, thanks.
Enough talk, let's continue your training.
The person slides into the ring.
Several hours later.
Karlie is skating on a new sheet of ice, she buries a wrist shot into the top corner of the net then skates to the bench and sits down.
I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so. I told everyone I was going to walk out of cruiserclash as number one contender for the women’s title, and well I did just that, and didn’t even break a sweat.
Karlie smirks then takes a drink.
The women’s title match should have my complete one hundred percent focus, but instead I stuck competing in this nothing tag team match. Do I care about whatever disagreement the dirge is having with Dorian Bateman, of course I don't, which makes me wonder why I was even booked in the match in the first place. Dorian, let’s just cut to the chase I don’t care about this match and I don’t care about you, this match is worthless to me, but since I’m contractually obligated, maybe I try and put forth some actual effort, or maybe I won’t, don’t think for a minute I won’t beat your ass if you can’t keep up your end of the team, then again maybe I just leave you to the wolves.
Kitsumi, last week you proved what everyone said about you, you can’t cut with when it really counts, so maybe you should just go back to complaining in the locker room, and doing Dirge stuff whatever that is, honestly your just not important enough for anyone to pay attention to what your doing.
Max, your accomplishments are getting your ass handed to you by Connor MacGregor, winning the first pure cup and a six day reign as television champion and well that’s about it isn’t, haven’t done shit since. Maybe your just not a good as you think you are, this week Max I'm stuck in this match you you and your little nutjob, and a complete nobody no one gives a shit about, my only interest is getting through so I can focus on becoming Women’s champion, something Kitsumi will never be.
Luke 11:23 Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters.
See you Monday.
