Scala sitting in a dark room with a coffin behind him.
Joey Scala: Let me tell you a story, Holden. It's about two little boys who grew up together on my block. These two little boys were inseparable, couldn't get them apart. Where one boy went the other followed and vice versa. Man, these two boys went everywhere together. All through elementary, all through middle school and high school, bro. They graduated and thats when shit get weird, bro. Shit got tough. Ya see, they both had different ideas on what to do next, it was like they looked at a crossroads and one boy saw the left path and the other saw the right. They decided to split up and they'd be friends. They tried to stick together but the further they got down the paths the tougher it was, bro and thats when it hit them. One day they looked at each other and they was dead-straight on the opposite sides of a tough issue. They were head to head. It was war, gun warfare, violence.
They both died. And the point of that story is to take you back to the day they decided to take the paths separately and no matter what God tells you, that you can't change fate and somehow, someway, somewhere down the road they'd still split apart and the fate was destined, they would always end up killin' each other. And that's us isn't it? No matter what happened, this day was coming Bro, you spilled my blood all over the ring canvas. You cut me up, you smashed my ass into the ring plywood, and you tried to break me. You did a good job. Bruised me and all. Then I wrapped barbed wire around your neck and tried to choke you with it and then I lit your ass on fire.
Hahahah
Scala wipes his lip while looking down laughing.
Joey Scala: I lit your big fat dumb bastard ass on fire. And brother, I WANNA DO IT AGAIN!
Scala slaps himself getting fired up.
Joey Scala: YOU SEE THIS ISN'T THE STORY OF THOSE STUPID TWO BOYS, NO THIS IS THE STORY OF THE WEST COAST VS THE EAST COAST YA BITCH. THIS IS THE STORY WHERE ONE DUMB KID CHOSE THE WRONG PATH, TURNED HIS BACK ON GERARD ANGELO AND THE GRINDHOUSE AND IS NOW GOING TO PAY THE PRICE! YOUR BIG STUPID ASS IS GETTING DROVE INTO THE CASKET AND THEN I SLAM THE DOOR SHUT AND YOU LOSE. YOU WILL ALWAYS LOSE. THATS YOUR FATE. THATS YOUR DESTINY. CHOKE ME. SLAP ME. CUT ME. DRAIN MY BLOOD BUT BROTHER, IM NOT GOING DOWN. YOU WILL BE LIT ON FIRE AGAIN AND YOU WILL BE BURIED!
Scala turns to the coffin and smiles as he pushes it into a wall..
Joey Scala: I can't wait until your ass gets in that ring tomorrow night bro. You're going to choke on your blood and I'm going to make you swallow your teeth. You giant sack of shit. Meet me in the ring, prepare to get buried.
Scala smiles as the scene fades.
