Hockeytown,
Dear Ms. Nash,
I hope to find you well today and a heartfelt congratulations on spending a lot of time at the Winter Olympics representing
This letter is formal notice that I, Andre Jenson, first of his name intend to, and I quote “kick the ever loving heck out of your hockey loving behind.”
The reasons for this are thusly.
- As I am sure you are aware, I recently handed over stewardship of the Cruiserweight title to Teo, who some argue is the rightful owner, but that in my mind is flexible, as long as it is one of the gents then it’s with its rightful owner. This has resulted in my once again needing to “Prove a point”. Not to Teo, not to myself, but to every neighsayer who is now going to be lining up in a queue to call me a paper champion and a fluke, to which I assume you are one of. After all, you know exactly what it means to be a paper champion in your storied career. Consider me your raid boss, a dps check to see if you’re good enough for Teo.
- The challenge you have given to Teo and I over the years will go down in history among the greatest rivalries. There is a fundamental respect between us, and long may that continue. Your fighting spirit and will to win is only matched by ours, we could continue to fight until the great Gods from the 8th plane come down and smite us and that’d still only result in us waging eternal war on the fields of Ragsock. That being said, just because I respect you as a competitor, that doesn’t mean I need to respect you in a personal sense. Your attitude of bitterness, resentment and hatred to everything you do is an antithesis to everything the Gents stand for. Your continual belittlement and hostile reactions to the crowds and fans that pay to see the best people in the world fighting in fair competition is something that I, as a man of the people cannot abide by.
- I know you are probably thinking that I should be airing my concerns to Teo over the way the match on Monday night happened and that you probably think there’s now a wedge appearing, dividing Teo and I.. People are asking me all the time what I think of his actions where he broke the pin after I had the Rulers of our Kind beaten. Well honestly, I had it coming. You see we had a D&D session that week and unfortunately when I tried to melt the face off of a necromancer orc who had just basically taken over the village and turned all the people into his vessels, I rolled a 1 and accidentally hit Teo’s character with a pyroblast straight into his face, causing an instant death and for Teo to have to create a new character (Teo’s new character is in fact the cousin of his old one, hell bent for revenge). So this is why Teo did what he did, and to be perfectly honest, it was a fair reaction. Anyone in that position would do the same, as you would attest to when you tried to break the ankles of that skater you hated when skating for Canada the United States of America that time.
I look forward to beating you on Monday.
Sincerely,
Andre Jenson, first of his name.
