Gimmick: Greatest of All Time (GOAT)
*Summary*
The Goat is a both a gimmick and character status. It can be played by any level depending on what the handler wants to get across. Normally the goat is high creativity and near max writing skill; that's how the handler backs up the goat. However, moderate creativity and moderate writing skill - even lower end of both can make a goat a goat character with a more comedic tone. Almost, an oblivious goat and self aggrandizing.
The goat starts in midcard but gets to main event quicky. To come in as a goat with high level skills is almost always a rocket to the top. They are easy to use in short term, easy to shoot but take a hit with high skill upkeep meant for longer runs. Thus, the goat is a character of frequent breaks. They come in fast, torment the ecosystem and leave for a bit, only to come back within a year and repeat. The goat is an apex competitor, facing little challenge and can suffer from the handlers boredom, hence breaks.
Cocky, flashly, top tier trash talk, top tier in ring backed up with high creative and writing skills, the GOAT backs up their claims and beats down any who question it. You’re not the bully, you’re just the best and you show it at every opportunity. The goat starts as a nuclear heel but can turn into the face if fighting a newer goat that's taken up the mantle while the other was away.
The goat withstands loss, and storyline but suffers greatly from boredom and upkeep in the extended long run. They are max upkeep characters that only the best handlers attempt. Since only the best attempt it, they are most always successful with varying degrees of longevity.
* Survival *

Survival Rating: 3 of 5
Tier placement: Mid to high card
Fed Utility: The GOAT is the apex and does want it wants, often times choosing to bully and harassing because no one else can stop it. Like the Orca, they kill for sport.
Pros: Med survival rating. apex character.
Cons: Upkeep, longevity and lack of competition from the fed. Fun quickly turns sour.
*Breakdown*
Ease of use: 2 of 5
Ease of use is easy for the handler but it’s the upkeep that takes the toll. Boredom takes a toll more so this than on other gimmicks because the goat will quickly exhaust any legit challengers.
Creativity level: high
To navigate and keep up with character development, shoot, story, the angle itself - it takes a highly creative handler
Experience level: pro and vet
Writing skill: strong
Goat can be played with lower writing skills but it gets max benefit from a stronger writing skill to help maintain wins and the core dynamic of the gimmick.
Overall recommendation: 3 of 5
While not being locked out of goat gimmick, greenhorns should stay away or else your time could be miserable. If pros and vets want tro attempt, have fun. Its a gimmick that needs experience to play. While the gimmick is fun, ease and dominant as a gimmick, its upkeep is extensive and exhausting for the handler and that's why it should only be attempted by the highly skilled experienced handler
